OYO Flagship 76544 Century Executive

If you ask me, I would say just go for it. I checked in 7 in the morning and the staff is very good in behaviour. It's in the heart of the city near city center Mall. Very reasonable hotel, don't believe in the review provided in Google, now those issues are resolved and hot water is available 24/7. We booked the hotel and after watching the review in google I cancelled it but again I booked to check whether the reviews are right or wrong. It was good decision I can say. They will take 500 security deposit, it's weird but they said it's hotel policy I totally agree. They will give you back, I also got.

Hotel is located walkable distance to bus stand and the temple. Rooms are spacious and cleans, friendly staff. They have a restaurant too but prices are on higher side. Surprisingly menu didnt have many local or south indian dishes but focussed only on north indian items. They dont honor OYO bookings so please be careful. Wifi was good and also provided RO water for drinking.

Room's clean but service is very bad. We were 5 people that stayed in a deluxe AC room. Every person providing service behaved rudely. They have a problem even to provide an extra dust bin polythene bag. When asked for water, they pointed is towards the adjacent hotel and told to get it ourselves. Breakfast is very bad as well. No good taste or quality. They provide breakfast only to 2 persons even though the room is 4 bed. It's only money that matters for them but not the service they provide.

Convenient location very close to krishna temple and shops. Comfortable rooms that are pocket friendly and totally worth the price. 24 hours check-in check-out makes it fit into any travel plans we have. Complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. There are many entrances to the hotel, use the main entrance.

Rooms were very good, neat and clean. He did charge a bit more than wt online apps offered us. Also it was a bit hard to find the entry point for this hotel, they should have mentioned it clearly. It also can be noted that i had book through oyo, but the hotel guy rejected my booking saying he is no more colaborated with oyo and I had to book directly from hotel at thier said price. I was in need of rooms so i did.

Most horrible hotel in Udupi. I wish I could rate them in negative. We were supposed to check in on 23rd at 7. Due to train delay we reached hotel at 9:00 at nite n till then our room was not ready.. I'm traveling with my mom n brother so we booked triple occupancy room but hotel denied giving us triple occupancy room n charged us extra money of ₹600 for dirty matress. Room which was provided to us had mold n cob web all over the walls. Dirty bedsheets n washroom was horrible. When we asked him to change the room hotel staffed denied. Then we told them that we'll complain to booking.com that is wen they gave us a different room. This second room was also bad but better than first one. In this room again bedsheets were bad. No toiletries were provided n there were lizards in our room. While checking out I asked them to provide me bill for the extra charges so tht I can dispute with agency but they declined providing bill. Again I had to fight with them for bill. I would not recommend anyone to go to this rubbish place ever.

It's a decent hotel with okay pricing. The food on the other hand was delicious. You can always relie on them if you are a lover for North India food. However the services are not so great, we stayed there for a night and the AC was not working properly. When complained about it they said there are some electrical problem going on. For two rooms we paid 3400 and if you have been to udupi, you would know the weather conditions, it humid in November month, just imagine. I have given a 3 star dur to lack of maintenance and services.

The rooms facilities were not up to the mark, there is no breakfast or any meals available in the hotel, even the guests are not allowed to take food to the room. The hotel owner is very rude , they'll charge panelty for every small things. The place is not favorable for girls. Daily room services are not available, worst experience ever.
