Hotel Udupi Residency

The check in and check out process was very smooth. All the staff including the receptionist were very humble and polite. The room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was healthy & tasty. I am very much satisfied with the stay and behaviour of all the staff. However there are some things which can be improved like I don't know why they are keeping the twin bed on the double bed palang. if you travel with a toddler then It will be difficult to sleep. Remaining things was awesome 😎 Hope I will again stay here sooner. Thanks a lot Udupi Residency to all staff members.

Had been here for lunch. We ordered Chicken Urval, Butter naan and Butter Chicken and Lime soda. Food served here is super tasty and yummy. Mouth watering dishes. 😍😋 The staff was so soo friendly that we felt like home. Good service and well maintained restaurant. Ambience is top notch! 😍 Located at the very heart of Udupi city. Must visit places when you are in Udupi. Food taste remained same since ages. Overall best experience.

Breakfast was healthy & tasty but only South Indian items like Idli, Dosa, Sewaiyan, Vada, Puri etc. I am very much satisfied with the stay and behaviour of all the staff. However there are some things which can be improved like 1. There was no Garbage bag in the dustbin. 2. There was no dental kit provided 3. There was no stool provided in the bathroom for sitting while having a bath. 4. I don't know why they are keeping the twin bed on the double bed palang. if you travel with a toddler then It will be difficult to sleep. However, I appreciate the receptionist after asking once to change the room he immediately transferred me to the king size bed room. Thanks a lot for that quick support. 5. Food items are costly here respect to Udupi town. I feel it's over changed. However teast was good. Must try Kadhai Panner and Tandoori Rotu Remaining things was awesome 😎 Hope I will again stay here sooner. the best part was. they allow me to do early check-in at 5am morning and late check-out 8pm in the evening which help me alot. afcourse they change for it but each penny was worth. Thanks a lot Udupi Residency to all staff members. I Love to give Genuine reviews however Sorry I missed to click the room's picture due to travelling with my toddler and busy handling it.

Arrogant hotel staff We had stayed for a night around Dussehra time. We reached around 7 am because our bus reached early and checked if rooms were available. We were ready to wait for sometime too. There were rooms available, instead of alloting that to us, the arrogant receptionist with specks was given us lecture that we should have never come early. After alloting the room, he was repeatedly asking us to checkout in exactly 24 hrs. He was acting as if serving customers was a big burden.. Only good thing about our stay was the location. It was close to Krishna temple

One of the best stays in Udupi…I visited with my family there were around 16 members..and a complimentary breakfast was included with our stay… rooms are very neat and clean….location in also very convenient

It was not a good hotel ... Not giving proper response... Whatever roti tandoori, etc. that was prepared early... They will take it, heat it again and serve. It's a good hotel, but inside nothing is good and comfortable.

Not disabled friendly. Cramped and overpriced rooms. The restaurant serves meat too and the smell carries into the room corridors as well. The breakfast served was mediocre. Didn't have a good stay here.
