From service point of view they are good people receptionist and room boy but room I am not complaint,, just I want to tell matters and towels and pillow please see and bathroom also , we didn't get any option then ut will final option. Please change bedsheet those things atleast i stayed one day but it was totally uncomfortable because of that room smell and uncleaned bed

I was traveling to banglore from Udupi and I requested the person at the reception if I could use the washroom. He completely denied. I am from Udupi itself and since I was waiting for the bus which was delayed for more than an hour with my mother who is a senior citizen and when asked if she can use it he denied telling me that the bus stand has washrooms and to use the same. I felt so ashamed because I believe that we people of Udupi are well known to be nice to people and help people in need which seems not a thing with your staff and also I know that according to the law you can't deny anybody using the washroom or asking for water. Please train your staff His rude and arrogant behaviour is not we people from Udupi portray

Very Much Worst Service. Rooms full of mosquitoes and after complaint also they denied to provide other room or any prescription also worst service never take this room as opation to stay

I am visit for official work, hotel service is good and rooms are hygiene. I am loved this place and I visit Sri Krishna Matt aslo , it is near by around 500 mts and we loved and enjoyed...

Rooms needs some improvement but in this budget it is quite ok but its location and staff are vry kind and co operative, spcly MR pardeep who is receptionist there and cleaner of this place.

Great location, clean room with excellent service and satff in this hotel is very friendly. Room itself well equipped and comfortable I will highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are in the worst condition. Mattresses are not clean and even it is so old that you will feel the wooden part of the bed. Pillows and bed sheets are all yellow in colour. The room also has a foul smell.

Hi all, Don't book this hotel, it's Rat's hotel night times free entry in rooms.you can't sleep.
