Worst reception, irresponsible persons are handling hotel They will cancel your booking even if you had booked hotel by paying full amount online. and don't use Oyo to book the hotel. There is no follow up before or after booking. Terrible experience. We were left stuck no where without room that too at night

After booking it in Oyo when you go there to check in, they'll say that no rooms are available. We'll have to cancel our booking for which we don't even get 100 percent refund. I had a personal experience like that

Very bad experience. I had booked online and paid full amount. But they said they didn't get the confirmation and no rooms available. But they made me to cancel the booking from app and gave me rooms by paying to hotel directly.

Actually me and my family members reached from other city to Alleppey at midnight 2 am .so we booked this hotel and it’s Very very bad hotel ,it’s very nasty inside ,smelling bad inside the rooms ,mosquitoes all over the room ,no changes in pillow cover nd bed sheets, no cleaning inside the room and bathrooms,it’s really affected me nd my family a lot because of unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. We can’t even able to touch the doors too it’s very nasty to touch , outside the rooms there were so many bottles and smoked cigarettes were thrown away on the roof of the hotel , and I can’t able to breathe inside the room because of the bad smell .At that time of midnight I don’t know Wat to do :( really one of my worst day nd experience it really spoiled our whole family’s mood totally bad ;( worst experience ever !
