A beautiful homestay where you feel at home. Uncle is very helpful and kind. It's perfect if you want an old architecture . Uncle even offered us goodnight for the mosquitos. He has a beautiful garden with many birds, dogs and cats.

THE BEST STAY EVER! It’s a beautiful home with clean and comfortable rooms. Most importantly the owners were out of this world wonderful. Words can not express how amazing they are. They treated us better than our own family. The owner embraces Kerala and the culture so amazingly. The owner is a living role model for going above and beyond. He found us the cheapest houseboat, took us sightseeing, found us a safe affordable driver. He provided us with home cooked amazing Kerala food. All of this for the price of the hotel, he did not charge a single dollar more. Also he has an amazing collection of birds! We got more then a 5 star service. I stayed in some of the world's best hotels. But this is the only hotel that I felt so wrong paying such a low amount. This place and the owners deserve more credit and appreciation form the state of Kerala. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They will make your visit to Alleppey the best experience. They will treat you like family. Wonderful people with amazing heart.

Budget friendly hotel. . Owner Mr.Shabeerji is the best person. . Who can guide well in exploring places, foods. . Most importantly he will treat u as there family members. . Rooms are budget friendly. . The only problem in that area is of mosquito. . Else than that everything is good. .

A traditional Kerala house converted. A good choice if you like to stay in a heritage room with a lot of wood works. The host gives you a lot of information on the activities to do in Alappuzha. Convenient to access both beach and the backwaters as the location is in the middle.

Best human and rooms are very good and spacious and home stay contains various types of imported birds definitely you will not regret after selecting Alleppey annex to stay 100% recommendable

A great place, very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and he also helped us in arranging Shikari boat with very reasonable rates. Good collection of imported parrot's.

We have booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but forced to cancel 1 night (all 3 rooms). Entire night we couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes. Common bathroom/toilets for 2/3 rooms. Night we struggled lot to get drinking water. Not even 1 glass of water inside the room or source outside.

Literally it's a mosquito nest. Common bathroom and toilet for three or four rooms. Room rates are higher compared to the quality of the property and the service they offers. No service provided at all. Not even drinking water.
