Worst room service, poorly maintained toilets. Not suited for families. Water is charged

I have stayed for one day with my 2 friends for official purpose,At the check in time I told the lady in the reception I need bill with GST.At the time of check out she told me that the extra bed amount they received from me cannot add in the bill.First time I got a experience like this, also their hospitality is very cheaper,rooms are very smelly. Better try to get better people for this job

The drama queen over make-up lady receptionist here is rude, she deserves to stay at home, not as an receptionist. we didn't get to change rooms and she doesn't give plates to eat too, she said we should buy plates from outside. She gave us the worst room here, with teared walls, without a balcony. How can a hotel get more customers when they're having such ugly arrogent staff. Pitty.

Very very dirty bathrooms and it's very compact..service is very average. Even after saying on reception they were least interested in taking concern. Overall hotel was not clean at all. Smoking smell were too much on 1st floor. Very echoing corridors in night coz of guest talking in night.

Stay was pleasant. Value for Money. Parking facility available in the premise. Restaurants available near by.||Very close to North Railway Station (You must come through Platform No 2). Precisely located in SRM Road. Town Hall Metro Station is just 300 Meters away. Room was small but clean. Corridor have some bad odours. Staff behaved well and friendly.||This review based on Standard Single Room. It was a 2 nights stay.

Friendly staffs, they will help you at any time.. i am happy with rooms, service and everything. 1) Rooms are neat and clean.. 2) All rooms have enough size.. 3) Friendly staffs, receptionist and room service boy 4) water is fine, doesn't feel smell and colour. 5) Near to north railway station. 6) Near to main road. Thanks.

Should improve their services. No light in bathroom When asked them Boy was saying that there is no light in the bathroom then I complained how can you alot a room to a customer when you already know that there is a problem here. Then they changed the room. Water problem. No cold water mixing facility in the morning. Only very hot water flows from the tap. No Response when called Reception. Don't even lift the phone. No towel/ cloth hanging bar in bathroom. No footmats in front of bathroom. Rooms are neat.
