Qube Hotel Kochi

After going thru multiple places, Qube hotel was the best we stayed at in our visit to kochi. Clean and comfy. Helpful and friendly staff available 24/7. They offered a great deal for our stay for 8 days there- affordable. Location is perfect, right next to south metro station and to all the convenient stores n restaurants. Would love to stay there again.

I got very bad experience from reception guy he is unpolite person and unhelpful, even I requested for one more Pillow because we paid for 3 members he said that we can only give two Pillow per room so why you are talking extra money for the third person, they let me to feel that I’m in local hotel, I’m sure this people who’s working in this hotel not from Kerala because Kerala people not like this

Young receptionists are good to welcome you. No lift here so the staircase must be used every time. Maintenance of airconditioner & other electrical equipment should be done immediately for better performance.

Disappointing Stay, Overpriced and Unsatisfactory I must say it was a big disappointment. Not only was the hotel heavily priced, but it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The hotel's location near the railway station initially seemed convenient, but that was overshadowed by the many issues I encountered during my stay. The high price I paid for two rooms was completely unjustified considering the poor quality and the lack of essential amenities. The problems began with a delayed check-in process, and things only went downhill from there. The condition of the rooms was appalling, with stained walls, peeling paint, and no tables for convenience. The air conditioning was faulty, the bed sheets were stained, and there were broken lights. Even the doors, door frames, and floors were worn-out and damaged. The curtains were dirty, and the switchboard was also in a bad state. It was clear that the hotel had not invested in proper maintenance. What's worse, when I complained, I was informed that the owner had been aware of these issues for months but had shown no intention of addressing them. The staff, while polite, were unable to offer any solutions, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying here. The hotel is overpriced and does not deliver the expected level of comfort and quality. Save yourself the disappointment and look for alternative accommodations that offer better value for your money.

Dont book in this place. It’s not a hotel. It’s a lodge made to look like a hotel. Dont go by 3.8 rating here or websites like mmt. It’s a pathetic place with questionable environment that has no regards to hygiene. The room is dirty. It even had insects inside the ride. One look on the bed and i had made up my mind to vacate from the place. Bed sheets were dirty and seemed liked they were used ones. Had to run away from the place. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE. If I had option to give 0 starts i would have done that.

It was an overall nice experience. Stayed there for 1 night. The room provided was good and clean. It is very near to ernakulam junction and metro station. Hoping to visit place in future.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life time. There is no cleanliness in the room and also they are not doing any maintenance. Toilet seat and hand shover are broken. Also the bedsheets and blankets are not washed properly. AC's cooling also very poor.
