After reading all the negative comments still the management running this hotel with same arrogant,irresponsible,cultureless staffs (especially the lady receptionist). Choose wisely 👍🏻

It's a good hotel as per the price. Walkable distance from the railway station. They don't provide any amenities ( as it is a budget hotel) . Beware of mosquitoes ( they provide mosquito killer machines) . Overall , if you don't expect much, you will be happy to stay for a night or two.

On December 6th, I lodged at this hotel and regret to convey my dissatisfaction with a rating of 1/5. Despite reserving an air-conditioned single room at a charge of 950, the accommodations were deplorably unhygienic and laden with dust. The windows were broken, and an unpleasant odor permeated the bed. The corridors were strewn with refuse, challenging the assertion of this establishment as an international hotel with an antique charm. Furthermore, the staff displayed a marked lack of professionalism and exhibited rudeness. My sole commendation extends to the favorable aspects of convenient parking and proximity to Ernakulam South Railway Station.

This hotel at a great locality just opposite to Ernakulam Jn. Rooms are not so clean, service is average. Odour in the rooms.. need lot of cleaning and good services to be an international hotel.

It had pretty good & reasonable rooms, we got 4 bed room for our family, which is difficult to find. Cleanliness was maintained & overall everything was quite neat, also it had its own restaurant food was also fine. Best part it's just in front of Ernakulam station & metro station.

Worst hotel, rooms are very dusty, and bad smell. We can't breath fresh air. Rude behaviour from manager. Please avoid this hotel. Near by lots of good hotels are there. Because manager don't know how to behave with customers. He says hotel is near by railway station, so fully occupied everyday, then why we need care all customers. I was wondering about his attitude and behaviour. He doesn't know about room service. I don't know why the management running this hotel with this manager. Again saying rooms are very dusty and smell.

, there is a large puddle on road in rainy season , then on entering at 9 am , I was told rooms are not available, I told I'm willing to wait till cleaning , but the middle aged reception doesn't tell how much time it takes , just tells to go to next lodge.
