Travancore Court - A Four Star Business Hotel

Excellent quality for money and amazing service ! Clean and spacious rooms, good location and restaurant and a rooftop pool. But the service was a real standout! Staff always smiling warmly (even when I spilled coffee…) and ready to help with anything; Rose was just amazing, she helped me arrange a very authentic backwaters tour at a great price and assisted with all the details.

It is very far from COCHIN airport , almost more than one hour. The hotel is so so in amenities because there was only one hand towel & two big towels to use after the shower. The rooms are decent. Some rooms with king size beds have a suite with a small living room with two big couches. Their dinner is very nice. And breakfast is also superb with south indian dishes & continental breakfast, tea, coffee etc. Overall it's good in a very busy area but there are few hotels in the same area . We enjoyed .

I stayed at Hotel Travencore Court, near Lotus Club in Ernakulam, from November 26 to 29, 2024. ||||Overall, it was a pleasant experience at this decent four-star property.||||The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and offering a relaxing ambience with great skyline views. The additional exceptional advantage of a waves-generating mechanism in the pool via air pumps made the evening swim nothing short of exhilarating after a hard day's work.||||The breakfast spread is another standout feature. It featured a mix of Indian and continental options, including Chicken Korma, Chana Masala, Methi Roti, Idli, Dosa, Omelette, Vegetable Stew, Baked Beans, fresh mixed fruit juice, and an assortment of bakery items.||||The rooms are adequately sized—not too large but comfortable and not cramped. They are well-lit and impeccably clean, with modern bathrooms equipped with enclosed glass shower doors that effectively prevented water spillage.||||One thing I highly recommend is opting for a room on a higher floor. The views from the upper levels are breathtaking, providing a unique perspective of the city.||||The only disappointment was that I couldn't meet the General Manager despite making a prior request, which was unfortunate.||||Overall, good to go.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, with every aspect exceeding my expectations—from the ambiance and cleanliness to the customer service, relaxation, and food. Upon check-in, you're welcomed with refreshing cups of juice, a delightful start to your stay. The rooms are comfortable, cool, and visually appealing, making them perfect for two people. If three people need to share a room, the hotel graciously provides an extra bed at no additional cost. The rooms are well-equipped with a mini-fridge, a smart TV, a plush king-sized bed, and a comfortable spinning chair. The bathroom in the room is beautifully designed, featuring an overhead rain shower, a glass barrier between the toilet and the shower, and a handy hair dryer conveniently placed near the mirror. The hotel also offers a gym and a stunning infinity pool on the rooftop, both of which enhance the overall experience. Buffets are served on the first floor, where I had the chance to enjoy their breakfast buffet. The food was delicious, and the staff is always ready to accommodate any requests, no matter the time or day. The staff here are exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive, and lively, adding to the positive experience. There’s also a café on the ground floor, offering a variety of drinks, desserts, and snacks, making it a convenient spot for a quick treat. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation. It’s even better when shared with friends or family, making for an even more memorable experience.

Stayed here for a day. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quick and efficient service at all levels. At the front office staff was very welcoming. Special mention for Rose who was extremely warm and forthcoming in assistance. Great hotel

Travancore Court is an ideal choice if you are looking for a centrally located, easily accessible hotel in Ernakulam, whether you are on business or holiday. The rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. Excellent service all around, including housekeeping, who ensure that fresh towels and toiletries are replaced every day. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and the spread was good and the food flavourful. The room service menu, too, had a good selection.

We just spent one week there, room was neat and tidy, food was good and staff members were all friendly and helpful. Those at the front desk helped us book backwaters boat trip and transportation at very reasonable prices, and the trip was truly value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kochi. It’s conveniently located, both metro station and MG Road are nearby, with nice and safe neighbourhood.

Had a great stay for one night it Kochi in early February. Room and bathroom were both neat and clean. The A/C maintained a comfortable temperature. I did not use the pool, but I was able to go for a run in the gym on the 8th floor. From our 4th floor hotel room I could hear the music concert going on down the street. It would have bothered me if it went late into the night, but the concert was over by 10 pm. After that, the room was sufficiently quiet for sleep.
