Hotel Shadow Regency

My stay in this Hotel was an excellent experience. The customer service was Awesome especially at the reception counter. The staff were polite, attentive, and ensured all follow-ups were handled seamlessly. Truly a pleasant and satisfying experience.

We had a very unpleasant stay here. We thought this stay as a good option as it was nearby the railway station and seeing all the positive reviews. But turns out it was a horrible experience. It is a a new property but not well maintained. The cleanliness and house keeping was utter disappointing. The telephone , TV was not working, the AC temperature could not be controlled. The tape water was also not clean, it had dust and mosquito larvae. We thought of staying two days but vacated after the very first day.

Rooms are neat and well maintained. It has a beautiful ambience inside it. Service was good. They have rooms for 24hrs👍🏼 thats the best part. Unlike others who force us to checkout at mid-day 11:00am or 12:00pm.

We were in Kerala for 4 nights in 5 days. It was a last moment and with family so no booking in Kerala. But the owner of shadow Mr.Nishad has helped us to executing the plan for God's own country in very proper manner. We enjoyed every single bit of our journey. We have in accompanied with his driver who is very knowledgeable patient and cool , his name is saneesh . All credit goes to Nishad, Saneesh and his team .. If we found any trouble we just called him and resolves the problem in few minutes. So service from the owner is very good. Once again thanks Nishad and Saneesh for making our memories unforgettable and and cheerful.. Thanks a lot ..😊

Worst employees . Lair . Gives false commitment to sell their trip package and once the package is sold they take they koney in advance and once the trip starts they don't receive any call. Nishad , Ajay all the members are just amazing in telling lies. No proper hotel booking , cheap hotels were given to us in which we got blankets that were torn and unhygienic. The driver was rude n didn't co ordinated during the trip and was yelling throughout the trip. Most of the scenic points was skipped by the driver saying it's late now will go to the hotel n sleep. Really bad experience. Will not suggest anyone for shadow regency.

Hotel Shadow Regency is the Great place to stay in Ernakulam near south Railway Station., Absolutely Very clean, especially nice and kind staffs.. The guest rooms are super clean & spacious to give you a great ambiance for memorable vacation 🤝🏼✨

We had an amazing stay.,the staffs were very professional and understanding.the rooms were so good. I personally prefer Hotel Shadow Regency to stay in Ernakulam. it's near by South Railway station Eranakulam
