I had a pleasant stay at Kay Kay Residency in Ernakulam. The location is very convenient, especially with Kaloor Metro Station nearby. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a good budget-friendly option for travelers. However, there’s room for improvement—adding basic amenities like blankets, water heaters, and dustbins in the rooms would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, a decent place for short stays!"

I stayed here in both a non-AC and AC room, and both were equally bad. The linens provided were dirty, and when I asked for fresh ones, they flat-out refused. The AC made such a loud noise that I had to take sleeping pills to rest. The staff was rude and gave off an unsettling vibe, making my stay uncomfortable. Overall, this place feels more like a rundown lodge than a hotel. The service and cleanliness standards are shockingly low. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent stay.

The staff were so friendly. We really appreciate the early check in and effort to make us comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect, many restaurants and stores walking distance to the hotel. Hotel food choice and cost was charges way more than normal. North Railway Station, Lissie Hospital,Lulu mall and metro is a short car ride. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room smells a lot of cigarettes, the bed mattress has insects underneath and washrooms are not tidy. Im concerned about my health, booking for a family, so I checked out after 10 mins right after checking in. Try your luck

As my suggestion the rooms only suitable for bachelors ,can't consider as family, the main reason bathroom was get some smell and water is coming with some kind of dust feel it not much hygienic.

Check in experience was smooth. Room is very small but okay for the price. Ac works fine. Water in the washroom is yellow in colour and dirty. Room service guys dont know how to treat guests they just randomly knocks the door and runs. If you prefer to stay with your family kindly refrain from considering this property.

Iam booked single room... Room is good. Space for a single person. Rooms and toilets are clean. A table and a tv inside. But tv is not working condition. And inside bathroom wash basin tape is damaged, in bed sheet i found some marks. Water is not fine. Little bit yellow colour comes.. I think the pure water not get there... If we avoid all these the room is good for one person... In this rate this type of room is precious in the ernakulam city.

I always stayed in this hotel whenever I visited Kochi. Rooms are nice l, Good staff behaviour. The hotel is located in a prime location so there is no need to worry for Transit services!
