Good experience! Location is good, reachable to top attractions with a car. Rooms are decent but could have been slightly cleaner but generally hygienic. Breakfast is very nice and generous. Staff was courteous and gave us a lovely departure gift too. I would suggest visiting Sugar Business hotel!

We have been staying at Sugar during our visit to Kochi, and this has truly been a very warm experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, the ambiance is great, and the staff are cordial. I must mention Mr. Ismail, who has been a great help and support in ensuring we had the best experience.
