Yaad Residency

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had booked confirmation for X3 adults for a certain price for one night. When we tried to check in at 7pm they said they could not accommodate us in 1 room and stated we had to book *2 rooms and pay over 1000 rupees extra . We have photo evidence on their own computer system and our own for the confirmed price for X3 adults and they refused us a room for the agreed price booked online. They have then essentially left us stranded at 7pm at night. DO not stay here they charge you extra then the agreed online booking price and lie about regulations they have so that you have to pay for an extra room, even though the booking was allowed online and extra money was already paid for a third person - we have had no issues with other accommodation travelling for 2months in India already. Have no idea how they have the reviews they have, they're probably fake.

Not recommended to stay here as they don’t know how to run a hospitality business and the staffs are irresponsible. I have booked 03 rooms there for family and next morning there is no water. Family members have been notified them several times and the staffs are not responded properly. Then we have contacted the owner and he also given some lame excuses and more than 2 hours there is no water. Perfect example of how irresponsible staffs can fully ruin hospitality businesses.

I found the hotel very comfortable. Room service was excellent. The room is always 100% clean. Well maintained rooms, staff friendly and professional. Good thing location is easy to find, I can only recommend this hotel and will visit again and again.

Went Ernakulam and stayed at Yaad Residency. The stay was very comfortable, affordable price, hygiene and new property.place is located near KSRTC bus stand and MG road Ernakulam. If you are looking budget room at Ernakulam, I would strongly recommend and staff were corporate.
