Very Bad Experience – Be Cautious Before Booking Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean when we checked in, and the bedsheets were not changed until we specifically asked. Even worse, while we were out at the temple for prayer, someone stole cash (over Rs. 2000) from my mother’s and her friend's bags. We had left our luggage in the room, trusting it would be safe — but clearly, it wasn’t. This level of service and lack of security is completely unacceptable. Honestly, staying in a dormitory with 100 people would be better than staying at this hotel. Totally not worth it. Please be very careful if you're considering booking here.

Don’t even think of going to his hotel, very very worst place and the person in the reception is more than the Worst, nobody on earth will say that after check we will not enter into washroom for kids , even in abroad no one like that without basic courtesy and common sense. Please stay away from this place and surroundings you will find beat and lot of hotels. Not at all clean and no hygiene.

Very worst room, no laundry, no room service, waste basket not kept in room, too much of small insects can see evywhere even in bed too, not a hygenic place to stay, n cost is Rs.1800/2000 which is not at all worth for this room. Dont get disappoint by expecting a nice room. Only advantage is Guruvayoor temple is very near by n providing wifi that too v should ask for wifi service. Owner is too rude person. Pest control not done. Water droplet from AC to bed. B cautious n careful. If v gv one star our reviews r accepted.

Very arrogant manager and staff. Turns off the power supply to our room when we go out and we ended up asking the manager several times to turn on the power after returning from a tiring day. Treats the guests badly and the rooms are not that good the Aircon had many problems and we couldn't adjust it also water was dripping from the Aircon. Rooms are not clean and tidy. The bathroom door was missing a handle and lock. Also the cupboards were missing it's handles. The furniture was totally damaged only 1 window had mosquito net. The bedsheets were not tidy and the bathroom pipes were damaged. Provides hot and cold water but there ain't any shower or handshower. Doesn't provide wastebaskets in a room and has a common wastebasket for the whole floor. Even though it is near to the temple the service is really bad they don't provide the necessary items that one needs to stay. I recommend not to stay here if you want a peaceful and comfortable stay. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Very bad hotel. Very bad service. Rooms are not clean. Bathrooms are having damaged taps and are without proper locks. Reception staff is very much annoying and rude. Never ever recommend for anyone. They don't deserve a star.Will give zero rating.

Very arrogant customer service, a family coming for temple visit cannot peacefully live here. I, personally, had a near experience of being thrown out of the hotel. The hotel administrator is irresponsible and arrogant. Would never ever reccomend this hotel to anybody.

Very bad experience. The hotel rooms not clean. Leaking taps, horrible bathroom, Damaged TV, rude behaviour of front office staff, don't ever go to this hotel by mistake.

Nice rooms. Very close to the temple. Less expensive compared to nearby hotels. Helpful front desk. They accept only phone reservation. No restaurant.
