HOTEL RUGMINI REGENCY

Today I had a wonderful experience. Vacated by 5am morning. Found out by gold ring is missing after reaching home. Called up to reception Anish and explained. He was so good and respectful called me back with the ring. I should appreciate the way he helped me in this.

Only advantage of this hotel is that it’s walking distance from temple. Very near less than 300 steps . That’s advantage if you have small kids and aged parents. Property is really old and not maintained at all. Also you have to call and book - online booking not available. Room was ok - ok .AC worked Room service - was fine . For 2500 - complimentary breakfast and AC room is ok I would say mainly due to proximity to temple.

Very nice room and super friendly and helpful personal , excellent located close to Temple and any convenience shops .. parking space available , lunch presented on leaves was a great experience

The price of the room did not meet our expectations and also sorry to inform that we were dissatisfied with the washroom.The hotel located so close to the temple east entrance and they provide breakfast as complementary these are the advantages

This venue is unsuitable for summer events. The non-air-conditioned hall, covered with tarpaulin sheets, becomes unbearably hot due to inadequate ventilation. The dim lighting is unfavorable for photography. Additionally, the bathrooms are unclean. The management’s demeanor is indifferent; although understandable given their large clientele, they could exhibit more generosity. On a positive note, the cleaning and restaurant staff are commendable. The only redeeming qualities are the ample parking and proximity to the temple.

The worst place ever. We went to book the ac hall for my cousin’s marriage on the first floor and we wanted to book the ac rooms as well. These people showed us one good room very close to the hall and told others are occupied and all the rooms look like that. This room was okay at first look and the toilet wasn’t that good but we chose it making it easy for the bride. But the day of checking in we found out that other rooms were really dirty and we had to relocate our guests because the rooms smelled of urine and it was all dusty and they won’t even clean. The flush didn’t work in the bathroom it was a complete mess. The staff’s attitude was even worse. They were very rude and won’t even help. Will never suggest such a dumb place. Even the food isn’t of good quality. Didn’t even wanna give one star. Pathetic place ! And pathetic staff !

Property is very old. There is a bad stench coming from the bathroom despite of flushing & pouring buckets of water. Not sure if it was cleaned before handing the keys to us. Room was ok. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay. Reception team is not very hospitable too. I won’t recommend this place neither I will return.
