Hotel Sopanam Heritage

Good hotel with very well furnished rooms with all possible facilities. The food in the restaurant is quite good and tasty. The swimming pool is very well maintained. The restrooms are also well maintained. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only issue we faced was that the hot water in the bathroom was only just warm and not hot enough for us.

This place has lost its charm and is nothing like any of the reviews that are given here. I had booked 4 rooms over the weekend stay and non of the rooms AC was cooling. On reporting this no one came to check it or fix it. Also the bathrooms have no fan and the water is very salty. Room service is not to non existent. After repeated requests t for towels and room to be cleaned they showed up at 5pm. When asked for fresh towels in the evening they said they provide towels only once a day. Its a hot humid place in Kerala and people take bath multiple times how can you deny towel request. Also when we asked for tea bags they said they can only give 2 tea bags per room each day and that is their "hotel policy" Avoid this place if you can. The in house restaurant is also very bad. Service is extremely slow and the food quality is bad. This is definitely not a 4 star rated hotel

I had stayed at this facility in a Non AC room for a night two weeks ago.The check-in was a breeze, the staff being very courteous and helpful.The room was good,though the bathroom could have been made a bit more modern.They could have provided a kettle and tea bags in the room as the restaurant opens only at 8AM.The breakfast was good,though some more variety items could have been added. The lunch we had was typical Kerala style preparation and really enjoyed it.

The place is extremely old and not well maintained when it comes to their rooms and washroom facilities. The shower was hard to work with and the rooms literally had mushrooms growing. We just heated up the water in the heater and showered with it. Fungus can be extremely bad. Plus when we requested to iron, they gave us one and requested it back for another customer. I think there is lack of facilities. But the environment around it was pretty.

4 star for the rooms… 0.5 star for the breakfast.. Do NOT include the breakfast if you are booking this hotel… Literally nothing you can have not even Coffee/Tea.

Very close to the temple. Staff was also good. But the sheets provided didn't look so clean. They have a pool which you can enjoy with the kids.

Very much satisfied. Excellent service and staffs.. walkable distance from Guruvayoor Kizhakke nada. Ambience was beyond imagination ..we had a complementary breakfast which was delicious.Altogether it was a nice experience..I Strongly recommend this hotel to my friends and family ♥️

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. Very large room with double bed and AC. The room service was excellent, and the whole staff was treating us extremely well. There is a restaurant with delicious food and a cozy bar. We strongly recommend this hotel!
