Bhavanam Regency | Hotels in Guruvayur

We stayed at Bhavanam Regency in Guruvayur after reading many good reviews. The location is okay, with a 10-minute walk to the temple, which was manageable for us but might be a bit difficult for elder people. Parking was fine, and the service was good—one staff member was especially helpful, assisting us with our luggage and bags. When we first entered, the room looked good, but we faced several issues. We doubted whether the bedsheets had been changed or washed after the previous guest, as there were many small hairs on the sheets and pillow. The chair was also not clean, with small hairs on it as well and the mattress was very hard. The tissue in the bathroom was torn, as though it had been left over from the previous guest. Additionally, the dustbin basket wouldn’t open by stepping on it, so we had to open it by hand if needed. Overall, the room’s cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance left us disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay here located very close to the Guruvayur temple. The front desk staff were very polite and gave us early check in and they even upgraded our rooms. Rooms were comfortable but the service needs to be improved and their in house restaurant has to be open full time.

I just went to Bhavanam and had a great time! The staff was super friendly and made sure we were all set. The place is in a great spot downtown, close to lots of cool stuff. The vibe is really relaxed with cool decor and good music. My friends and I found it rlly convenient that the famous Guruvayur temple right around the corner. Definitely a fun place to hang out with friends and family

The location was good, but basic amenities were lacking. We had booked 2 rooms with 4 adults and were only provided with 1 bottle of water for each room. The room did not have adequate towels or floor mats for the bathroom, which is basic. The refrigerator in the room was not working. They have an onsite restaurant but many items on the menu are unavailable all the time. The food was extremely spicy for our taste.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

I had booked 3 rooms in bhavanam Regency for 2 nights and 3 days. The over all stay was fantastic. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had all the basic facility in the room. Ample of parking soace as well. We did have issue with the AC and in bathroom the tap was not working. We raised the issue and within minutes it was fixed. The only issue with this Hotel is the in house restaurant. People there are totally unprofessional and clueless. We had ordered dinner the wait time was 1 hour. Food was not at all good. Similarly for Brekfast it was to be served at 7:30 but they served the breakfast at 8:40, that too just 2 options poori sabji and dosa. They had tea and coffee kept on the table but no glasses. Overall i would surely recommend the stay at Bhavanam Regency but please do not opt for free breakfast here nor have food in their restuarant.

Hotel in walking distance of the temple. Staff were polite and friendly, clarified our doubts regarding temple visit timings etc. Rooms are comfortable Food was good, however need to speed up room service. we waited for an hour for an order of phulkas and pbm.. overall experience pleasant and will definitely recommend this place.
