Easily one of the best stays at Guruvayoor. Nice rooms and comfortable. Deluxe AC room was costing around Rs 3600. Very courteous and helpful staff. Located next to the temple, you can walk barefooted to the temple. The restaurant also is very good. Would definitely like to stay during my further visits to the temple. Thank you

The greatest advantage of this property is its proximity to the temple, which the management has fully leveraged. The staff is friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. However, the property is very old with poor hygiene standards. Room lighting is inadequate, and there is only one plug point for charging. The bathroom has an unpleasant odor, and the bed, bedsheets, and pillows were not clean. Despite enduring these poor conditions, we were charged Rs 500 at checkout for a stained towel, which is used by many guests and does not justify the fee. For the price they charge for rooms, the level of cleanliness is unacceptable. If they maintained the property better and requested a reasonable dry cleaning fee or fine, it would be understandable. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen who have colored hair should consider other hotels or bring their own towels. Don’t be swayed by the temple’s proximity if you have other options.

I was staying in a 3rd floor room. 1. Dental kit was not provided in the room. Can't expect a hotel here without dental kit after paying Rs.3650 towards rent. 2. Though, it's a double room, only one glass was provided. 3. Hot water flow was inadeqate. Hot water was flowing like a thread.I, being a senior citizen had to take bath without hot water. 4.Though the Restaurant menu card mentions so many dishes, only idli vada and Dosa items available. This was a good hotel, but over a period of time, the quality has deteriorated. If these can be corrected, It would be of great help as many prefer the hotel due to its proximity to the temple.

Appreciate the courtesy and hospitality of all the staff and executives of the hotel. Very courteous, soft spoken and always helpful. Eatery was very clean and quality of the food served was excellent. Would rate our start at Vysakh Hotel as 10 on 10. 👌🏼🎉🙌🏼👍😊

Well managed and convenient location. Very clean, safe and up to date hotel. Great service and friendly staff. Overall enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back when visiting Guruvayoor. Will recommend to all who is looking for a more comfortable stay in the area.

Followingshortcomingswere noticed during my stay.... 1. Cleanliness to be improved especially in the toilet . 2. News paper not provided. 3. Only 1 bottle drinking water is provided for 2 persons !!! (1 litre) 4. To improve room lighting. 5. No provision to make bed tea . 6.

We checked in today in Room no. 304. The room is supposed to be Executive Suite, but the size is small for the cost you pay. Few hiccups in the room amenities but that is bearable. We went for lunch to the dining hall. One of the attenders (Anitha) and her collegue, saw that we came and sat on the table but didn't even bother to ask what we wanted. There was a couple who came 10 mins later, and she immediately started serving water and food. Until then, none attended us. Another fact is, the other guest who came, saw that we were waiting and asked her why she was not serving us and she said someone will come. Later a boy came and again after my husband asking if anyone was going to attend us, he started serving.. Service - none came and asked if we needed anything...just served the 1st time and left us to eat..very very bad. We felt insulted as we are paying approx 9k or the room and to get these kind of services. I am writing this as I am staying in the hotel only for them to realize that their service quality is bad. Will never recommend this place to anyone and never come here again. The vicinity to the temple is the only advantage, otherwise everything else needs a lot of improvement.

We had a really bad experience with Vyshakh Hotel. We booked AC room for 3 nights and we got a very small room and that too with a badly functioning AC. When we complained about this, I had been told that AC was working fine but in fact it was not. Then after making hue and cry, I got another room that was much better than the first room. The hotel is not fit for a 3 star rated and they even don't have the basic amenities like "Do not disturb" card to be displayed outside the room. The location to the hotel is excellent as it is very close to the Temple and this is the only advantage.
