KTDC Nandanam

The hotel has seen better days and is in a fairly run down state now. The rooms are very clean and the sheets were very clean. The bathroom is functional and clean but the overall room and the corridors all look very run down. Don't book the room including breakfast as the hotel breakfast is completely avoidable. There are many good options near the temple which serve better tasting food. The staff is courteous and helpful but the hotel does not give the feel of niceness as before. The hotel is about 900 meters from the main temple entrance.

Rooms are well maintained and it's an old building which constructed in 1977 and it's in good location. Rooms were near and clean. Bedsheets were good , washrooms well maintained. 5 mins walk to railway station and bus stand is 100 mtrs away and temple is 5 mins walk . They have restaurant in the premises. Reception staff were very helpful and provided the information for us .

Hotel located in the prime location, walkable distance to Guruvayoor temple. Rooms are not luxurious but it's adjustable and value for money. Complementary breakfast (south India buffet) is available which is good. Hotel and restaurant is maintained and managed by Kerala government tourism department.

Walkable distance (~100m) from the railway station therefore auto/taxi may refuse to drop you (as no benefit for them). However if you have heavy luggage and less people who can carry then you can request auto/taxi to drop you. Hotel property is old but rooms are comfortable and service is good. Staff is friendly as well.

Rooms are very old and moldy but have been whitewashed recently. AC was not working, so they changed our room. Bedsheets are all white, and so dirt on them are visible clearly. Staff are all helpful and simple people. Heater makes sooper hot water. Washrooms are all old. Complementary breakfast is okay. They could make some renovations.

It's conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk from the temple, making it very easy to visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff is commendable. Hotel staff are commendable. So many are required to improve like fan regulator not working properly. Commod flus not working properly. Wardrobe doors not close properly,no hanger in side the wardrobe. Foot pad is not outside wash room,kept towel. Hope you will take necessary action.

We had a very good and highly comfortable stay at KTDC Nandanam Guruvayoor! The remarkable point is the best services provided by purely and sincerely service oriented staff! Also the Best Food at the KTDC Hotel as Breakdast! All my dear and near shall make it a point to have a stay at KTDC Nandanam, Guruvayoor whenever you are planning a Pilgrimage to Guruvayoor!
