KRISHNA INN, GURUVAYOOR (Star Hotel)

Excellent hotel and very neat and clean. It’s one of the best hotels in Guruvayoor. They have extremely supportive team who help and the customer service is top notch . A must visit .

We had booked a premium deluxe room for two nights. We were given a room in a so called new block. The room number was 321. The bathroom had water logging issue and the corridor was full of mould growth and had pungent stinking smell. We had a toddler in hand and expressed our concern in staying in a moulded area! The response was cold. The staff assisting us was considerate enough to cal up the reception twice and the reception person said this is the room available for them! It is absolutely a waste of money and not a safe option to stay there for the timing at least till the renovation works are over. They also said they have rooms on he 4th floor but that lift is defunct.

DON'T BOOK A ROOM HERE.|Ok, I am from the USA. I stayed 2 days in this hotel. The plan was with breakfast. They only gave one day breakfast. So I went to the reception and asked. The guy in the reception, without even checking my reservation just blurts out that it is only one day out of two that you get the breakfast. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY OR THE BREAKFAST BUT THE ARROGANCE SHOWN BY THE FRONT DESK GUY THAT I CAN'T TAKE. Also, they took my money and promised some services but then they went back on it. I called these people and told my issue afterwards and the manager just took my phone number and didn't call back. Meaning they don't care. Be very careful with these people. I never had such an experience in my hotel stays anywhere in the world. Also, the room was just ok. There is construction happening and lot of leak etc. and the hallway is really crooked.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms , friendly & efficient staff and good ambience . Ample car parking facility and walking distance from the temple .

The best place to stay in guruvayur . this is only place i book for stay when im at guruvayur. This is in walkable distance in East nada and easy access for marriage functions to temple. We booked the whole hotel for my marriage function, and they were very welcoming and customer friendly throughout.

I had booked a substantial number of rooms at Krishna Inn, to host my relatives and friends, for my daughter's sangeet and wedding ceremonies, ||The planning for the same was facilitated by Smt. Mini Madhavan, who was very direct and professional in her approach. Since, this was a destination wedding, we were totally dependent on the services of Krishna Inn and the vendors appointed for decoration, music, wedding arrangements and food and beverages led by Shri Sarin. ||I was completely stressed out as the D day approached, which was compounded by heavy rains on 31 May 24. ||All i can say is that Lord Guruvayoor manifested in these persons of Krishna Inn, who ensured everything went well..||I am eternally grateful to the staff and management of Krishna Inn for their grace, understanding and service. ||The sadya served at the wedding ceremony was well received by guests. ||Awaiting the photographs, which takes a long time in this part of the country. Mau||Guruvayoorappen bless them all.|

Expecting better rooms with quality toilets. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. You can make your service also better. Location is excellent.

Hotel Is near to temple but hotel room are to be maintained properly … very old building… water issue in toilet …. Good car parking. Restaurant is good
