SREEVALSAM GUEST HOUSE( GURUVAYUR DEVASWOM)

Me with my parents stayed here for two days, we opted for a non a/c room and it was on the third floor. There is no lift so one of the hotel employees helped us to handle our baggages. The room is very tiny and no blankets it was very clean for the first sight. There is a TV inside the room but no cupboards or no space to keep the cloths. We have managed the baggages on the small table and one chair inside the room. The light right in front of the mirror was not working and the toilet has leakage, when we complained, they said that they don’t have any solutions for it. Regarding the restaurant, we tried once and the wait time for the food was such a long so we haven’t tried our luck for the next time. The hotel has a different area with a/c rooms and I really don’t have any clue regarding that. For me the one and only attractive part for this property is that it is very close to the temple. Nearly one minute walk.

It was a nice experience.. the rooms are well cleaned and maintained. The only problem is that they don't provide blanket. Rest are okayy

Excellent..affordable price.. North nada walkable distance to temple..nice atmosphere Pazhayidam ruchi restaurant near...separate tea and snacks shop near to hotel..

I recently visited guruvayoor temple with my family and we stayed here..i like it. Everything was nice and comfortable

Staff were listening to loud tv/music at 1:30 AM at the reception. Another problem was my room was filled with smoke owing to labourers behind the room burning stuff.

They provide budget friendly rooms. Near South Nada of Guruvayoor temple. Check in time 4PM and check out time 3PM. For 2 bed Room - 560/- and AC 2 Bed Room - 1344. Rooms are cleaned but bedsheet not provided. Water jug was there but didn't gave water. Walls are designed with mosquito stains.

Stayed here in January 2024. It was the most horrible experience for me. We stayed on the 5th floor. Our room didn't have a curtain and the window had a direct view outside where a building construction was going on just a few meters away. I asked about the curtains and the lady caretaker of the floor simply said there are no curtain in any room... But the other room where some of our other travel members were staying had curtain. I asked the lady to atleast give a bedsheet Or something to cover up the window n even that she initially said no to... Without the least bit of decency. She didn't even consider that there were women staying in that room. After sometime she did bring and give a bedsheet to cover the window. But i don't understand why she had to say no when we requested her for one. Worst experience ever.

Sreevalsam guest house is owned by the Dewaswam. Situated at Kizhakke nada, near the temple. Around 1 min walk from Temple. Rooms are just okay, lack of maintenance is the major problem here. have beds and sheet , but blanket is not provided . Walls are cracked and dirty. window curtain is dirty and torn. There is only 1 plug point available in the room which is present on the bathroom wall, so there is no facility to charge a mobile phone here. Washrooms are just okay. Even the lifts are not kept clean. A vegetarian restaurant is functioning inside the guest house near the Sreevalsam annexe building. Enough parking space is available here.
