NillReliable Stay with a Few Hygiene Concerns My recent experience at Sreepathi Nirmalyam left me with mixed feelings, highlighting both positive aspects and areas that could benefit from improvement. Positives: Sreepathi Nirmalyam excels in customer service. The staff was consistently friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast provided was a standout feature. Offering a diverse array of dishes, it catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, setting a positive tone for each day. For families, Sreepathi Nirmalyam proved to be a safe choice. The environment felt secure, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable stay without concerns about safety. Attractions and Family-Friendly Amenities: The hotel's proximity to local attractions was convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy nearby points of interest. This accessibility was particularly beneficial for families looking to engage in sightseeing or recreational activities. Sreepathi Nirmalyam also demonstrated a commitment to being child-friendly, providing amenities and a welcoming environment that ensured a pleasant experience for young guests. Affordability and Room for Improvement: In terms of affordability, Sreepathi Nirmalyam offers good value for money, making it a viable option for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience. However, there are notable areas where improvement is needed. The cleanliness standards, especially concerning bed sheets and bathrooms, fell short of expectations. Some bed sheets appeared dirty, and the bathrooms were not consistently cleaned to a high standard, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Conclusion: In conclusion, Sreepathi Nirmalyam offers a reliable accommodation option with strong points in customer service, complimentary breakfast quality, safety, family-friendliness, and affordability. Addressing the cleanliness issues, particularly ensuring fresh and spotless bed sheets and meticulously cleaned bathrooms, would elevate the overall guest experience and make this hotel a more compelling choice for discerning travelers.

NillGave 1 star because it was the least option I can give.. Worst ever experience I had in my traveling life. I will point it the con's and pros one by one 1. Hotel is not situated near to main road, and the road to hotel is not a good one full of mud and patches. 2. Usually the hotel persons used to contact us earlier to enquire about the check in details but this hotel persons are never done that 3. When I reached there they said the room was clean and everything is ready, once we entered into room I noticed everything inside the room has some stains on it even on the bedsheets 4. The toilet was having a bad smell and the pipes and shower was having stains on it and was looking worst. 5. When I asked the hotel people to clean the same they send one cleaning staff she entered directly to the toilet and did something and with her wet chappal we walked through the room and said everything thing is Okey. But after some time the situation was same. 6. So I bought some air freshenr, perfume bag and sanitizer to make me convince to use the bathroom 7. And power goes off it takes 10 to 15 minutes to switch on the generator 8. And worst thing was happend in next days morning. When I went to have my breakfast they said it was situated in the 3rd floor . Unfortunately I took the staircase instead of lift , the whole way was filled with cleaning buckets, mops and everything. And he entire scenery of breakfast counter was pathetic. They kept a bad cloth in the floor , and the table mat was all containing stains. I was about to vomit by seeing such a pathetic breakfast fas counter. And food was also to poor 9. And when I made all these point into their notice they were telling like yesterday some one spilt tea on breakfast counter so that's why it was looking Iike that. And they told they had same issue with bedsheets Only pros is it is somewhat near to the temple. So prefer not to book this hotel especially with the family. Worst room, worst food, worst service , worst location I will share some photos of the room conditions. I forgot take my mobile when I went for breakfast so that photos are not there

NillI recently stayed at the 1BHK apartment at Sreepathi Nirmalyam, and while the location is convenient, with Guruvayur Temple being a walkable distance via South Nada, the overall experience was underwhelming due to several maintenance issues. The apartment is not well-maintained, with old linens and a bathroom that had minor leakage problems. The tiles throughout the apartment are also quite dated, adding to the sense that the property is in need of some updates. On the positive side, the apartment does offer essential amenities like drinking water, a toiletry kit, towels, a refrigerator, and a functional AC, which were all appreciated. However, these amenities weren't enough to fully compensate for the maintenance issues. If the apartment were better maintained, it would be a good option for the price of ₹2300 for two people. As it stands, though, it falls short of being a worthwhile stay.

NillWe were a group of 3families including kid and aged people who stayed there for one night during our visit to Guruvayur temple. The hotel is comfortable with big rooms and cozy bed and sofa. Though it was busy they managed to provide us hygienic washroom and rooms( I requested during booking time itself).Though they dont have in house restaurant the complimentary breakfast they served was good. In total experience was pleasant except during rainy season if you have kids and older people u need to catch an auto otherwise its fine.Even reception couldn't arrange an auto for us.We had to walk in rain to catch an auto(way is small for cabs or suv but somehow our xuv managed to drop us and pick us from hotel ).Avash from reception was helpful to direct us.Thanks!

NillI've stayed with my family at Treebo Sreepathi Nirmalyam for a day in June 2024. This is my true G(Great) B(Bad) and U(ugly) feedback. Writing this detailed review to educate the users on what to expect before making a booking Summary about property: To reach the property, we need to pass through a single road alley for approximately 100 metres. Only small cars or auto can go through the alley (in either direction). You need to be a pro to drive an SUV in that road. The road is laid with large stone tiles. Looking at the road, you won't feel like the road leads to a hotel. The hotel has parking for about 4 or 5 sedans. Also it would be tough to take a reverse to come out of the alley. The property is a small hotel with about 14 rooms spanning 3 floors. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, they bring breakfast from outside. Free breakfast is provided from 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM. During our stay, they offered Idly, idiyapam, bread and eggs. We went to the dining area by 9.15 AM and they have run out of eggs. Food was cold but was tasty. The dining area is in the third floor (i.e. Ground + 3rd Floor). Lift is available only till 2nd floor. We need to take steps to reach the dining area. Great: 1. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and tidy. It has 24/7 hot water. 2. Staff were courteous and friendly, They Welcomed us with a smile. The staff understand English. 3. The floor was clean and tidy. 4. There were enough power sockets. 5. Sofa in the hall was cozy and good. 6. The window blinds were awesome. Bad: 1. Rooms were sprayed with too much room freshners. 2. The wash basin in the dining area was not clean. 3. The room has only one wooden wadrobe and was not in good condition. We used it only to keep our used clothes. 4. They don't have enough wardboes or side tables to keep baggage. We kept our luggage on the floor. 5. The property doesn't have a kitchen. They bring food from outside. Ugly: 1. Bath linen were faded and looked gray in color. When questioned, room boy told they were dry cleaned and good. But we were not sure, so didn't use them. Conclusion: - surprised to see such a high rating (4.0 from 150+ reviews) for this hotel on makemytrip - This is definitely not a three star hotel. Treebo should consider their criteria for choosing a property

NillHotel approach road is very narrow. Only a small car can enter. No restaurant attached. The receptionist was very helpful. Linen dirty. Full of mosquitoes. I was staying in ground floor. Only plus point is it's near the temple.

Nill**Wonderful Stay Near Guruvayoor Temple** I recently stayed at a hotel in this hotel near Guruvayoor Temple and had a fantastic experience. The hotel proximity to the temple made it incredibly convenient for our visits. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after our temple visits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guruvayoor for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
