Had a pleasant stay at this place. Right opp to beach. Good beach view. Rooms and near. Ac is good. Ample parking only for guests. Today shop is nearby, beach games are nearby to this place. The host Mr. Deepak is very kind and welcoming. All our queries and requests were addressed promptly. Will recommend this place.

Resort is in really bad shape, no maintenance at all, everything seems rotten. We could feel electric current on water tap. AC not working. Water pressure too low. Parking rented out to other restaurant. Only upside is location.

Location of this property is right opposite to the beach so the view is fairly good from the terrace. Though from the room lobbies there are few obstruction. Staff is very humble and helpful. There is no kitchen or laundry facility right within the property hence some challenges are there. Washrooms have average facilities. Shower area floor is very small and is shared with the rest of the bathroom so floor remains wet after use. Otherwise I had a comfortable stay.

Hotel location is the only positive I can say here. Hotel is near to payyambalam beach. Room which is got is spacious. But not able to lock front door. Rooms is have 2 parts which is drawing area and bedroom. Bedroom is small compared to drawing area. Drawing area is not having privacy since large glass windows are there and we can't close those glass window since in one side curtain was not there and on other side, curtain is kept at outside and we can't able to close from inside.photo and videos are attached

Third rate lodging place without any catering service spurioysly marketed as beach resort under the guise of its well run hotel in the same name. Absolutely horrible place wiyhout any maintenance or service without even a proper independent pathway to it's entrance. Most of the time there is water tanks pumping water to nearby establishments on the pathway as depicted in the photo enclosed.

Average place. Rooms very not very good. We could not find a hotel on the main road so took this. Price is reasonable

Rooms are not maintained well. It doesn't have its own restaurant. Food comes from another property and takes 60mins to 90mins to get delivered. Staff are helpful but their resources are limited of how much they can help. Location is nice but rooms needs to be maintained properly.
