NillBooked the room almost 10 days ago. The location is very near to railway station. The room was pathetic with a strong smell of dust. The bed sheets were not changed. Pillows were covered with dust particles When asked to change the sheets the room attendant seemed arrogant and some how changed the sheets. Washroom was a disaster.. no toiletries were provided The only positive was the complimentary breakfast and food in the restaurant which was gud. Will never approach them again.

NillToday we went to Green Park Residency for Dinner. Very nice location, Reception staffs was very friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. The restaurant was quiet. We were the only guests. Yes.. In a business class concept, the dining area would generally be quiet at that time. Also, there was no buffet service, so naturally it would be less crowded. We ordered Fried rice, Paratta, chilli chicken, and lemon juice. The food we ordered was ordered as take away. The prices are decent. I can't say that the price is high. We came home and ate. There were two of us. Very tasty food, good and quality packing , good portion size, very nice staff, the food was enough for two to share. We enjoyed it. NillMy recent stay at Hotel Green Park Residency was extremely disappointing due to the very poor facilities and lack of basic cleanliness. The bathroom pipe was not working, making it very inconvenient. The bed was in an unhygienic condition, full of long hair, and the pillow was also not clean. To make things worse, the AC was not working in the beginning, and only started functioning after repeated complaints. The room phone provided was out of order, and I had to call the reception using my own mobile phone, which is highly unprofessional for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service were far below expectations, and the experience was very unpleasant. Immediate attention is needed to improve the quality of facilities and hygiene for future guests.

NillI spent a night here, while i travelled to Kannur to attend a function at Payambalam beach side. This hotel is located close to Kannur Railway station, walkable distance. The hallways were pretty narrow, and less lit. Rooms were well maintained but the doors were difficult to close, needs some strength to close. There werent separate calling bells for rooms. The Towel provided in the room was not clean. No soaps or other basic amneties like tissue paper in bathrooms not provided, hence i dont see a reason to comment on their room service. For the cost, i do not recommend, but If its just for a day or night, this can be considered a good option, as it is close to the station. This place needs improvement in the security systems and other amneties for the guests, like the freebies.

NillVery very pathetic stay. We selected this hotel as it is near to railway station. We booked the hotel two days before through online portal, so they are aware about the guest details. First they given a room in third floor, on entering we found the key card holder is dummy nothing to do with the room supply. The room was dirty , it's given an impression that it was not used by anyone for so many days, moreover the bedsheet has a blood stain. A lot of mosquitoes inside room and we found that the windows are left open. And the worst part comes now, AC is not working. We informed reception and a lady came to attend (and I think she is housekeeping staff) and she done something and made AC started. After she gone within 10 mts AC Stop working. Again we informed the reception and another lady came to check (I hope she from Restaurant/Service department) anyways she tried level best but fortunately AC didn't worked. She said we need to change the room and she took us to another room in third floor itself. The second room looks little big and clean than first room. When we kept all the luggage inside, the lady found out that the AC in that room also not working. She told it's problem of main bord and she gone out and done something in panel bord and AC started working. But again the same drama happened, after 10mts she left, AC Stopped working. We called the reception for the third time to tell AC is not working. The second lady came again to room and checked it. Then she called somebody and a guy came. He also done the same thing, gone to panel bord and done something and AC started. But again fortunately for us it's stopped working again infront of them. Then came the most casual dilogue from that lady that the third floor rooms AC has some problem for couple of days and somebody fixed it today. Then I became frustrated and asked her, if you know there is problem with Third floor AC then why you people shifted us to another room in same floor?. Then she realised things are going out of hand and she shifted us to another room in 2nd floor and God blessed us, AC was working properly. Other than this incident common factors to highlight is, 1. No proper person to manage the property. 2. Housekeeping at its worse service. 3. All three rooms walls are dirty. 4. All three rooms curtains are on duty condition. 5. All three rooms we found lot of cowebs. 6. The bedsheets of all rooms has a foul smell. 7. We booked through online giving money in advance and they are well aware of number of guest, but they provide only one towel and one soap for two people. This is the situation in all three rooms we got. 8. I think the service failure is a common phenomenon there, inspite of seeing and understanding what all things happened with us, there is no apology statement from them or there is no one to check the guest is happy or not. We came to Kannur for temple visit after long travel we came to hotel at 12pm and 3pm we need to start again to next temple and also we need to take lunch in between. But after all this drama we settled in third room alloted for us at 1 pm and after lunch we need to rush to next destination without rest because of GREEN PARK HOTEL'S hospitality.

★Hands down the nastiest hotel and place i have ever been. Thw smell is unbearable. The pillows and sheets have stans all over. They have wifi but no internet i had to change to swite because almost thrw up from the normal room. In the swite i didnt touch the sheets either i wouldnt touch them with a stick. I had to sleep on top of a towel i brought from home. Hands down the dirties nastiest place i have ever been in my life. How do these people even dare run a hotel with sheets and pillows and walls and floors that reek. Completely shameful. AVOID.

NillVery bad experience. The room is very substandard, - inside heavy dampness, no hot water ( only served in bucket limited). Promised for extra cot and mattress. With several request, provided mattress with torned bedsheet. Please avoid this hotel, serivce poor and people rude too.
