Rexon Residency

1 booked two rooms for myself and a friend. Unfortunately, the rooms were not ready at the time of check-in (around 1 PM). Additionally, the TV in one of the rooms was not working, and there was no hot water in another room. The owner explained that this was due to higher bookings, which suggests that there is either only one water heater for multiple rooms or insufficient capacity. The reception was always unattended, and we had to call the owner on their mobile for assistance. While cleanliness was satisfactory, the overall experience could have been better with more professionalism since this seems a good and safe property for families.

I recently stayed at Rexon Residency and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The experience was quite unpleasant. The room was permeated with an unpleasant odor, making it difficult to relax. The linens and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The washroom was particularly concerning, being dirty and in poor condition. Upon searching for their GST number, it appeared to be registered under a different company name. My stay at Rexon Residency was a significant letdown. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Very very bad!! If there is zero option I would have given that, worst of all the hotels that i stayed. Very poor room services. The room doesnt have lights and bathroom doest have lock and the reply from the owner will be too irritating. Very very very poor for this price.

Location was good and located conveniently. The room was spacious and clean with required amenities in working condition. The staff members were good in services. Parking facility was provided by the hotel. There was no delay in check in and check out. The overall experience was excellent over there. I would like to recommend this hotel to upcoming travellers.

Location was good but the service is too poor. need to fetch hot water by our self no gyser or solar they dont even provide u water bottle and basic stuffs
