Very bad service, no customer service, while we checked in the lift was on after that they turned off to save energy. It says free brake fast but only plain dosa and idly are included. Remaining extra charge. The fan regulator doesn't work. Another fan makes a big rattling sound, and I can't even sleep. No dental kits or soaps. Middle of night electricity was off, no power backup. I booked this hotel based on lift service, i got knee problems, but they turned off.

We booked suites but when we reached there they denied saying that room is not available and instead provided us 2 small rooms. No room service need to call reception for every small thing no gyesr no hot water provided. Don’t waste your time or money on this if you don’t want to ruin your trip

Long story short pls dont go for it .. lags in amenities.. lift is not working.. and down side u have KFC like shop due to which the chicken/ oil frying smell aways comes to the rooms. feels suffocated. its beside the main road., very dusty...

Pathetic experience. We booked in advance and when we reached, travelling from a different state, they told us that they gave our rooms to some movie crew and refused to give any refund! Really would not recommend, this is super unprofessional and will cause you many problems and waste your time.

The hotel is mountain view and location is also central. Overall my stay during the business trip was good but the rooms could have been a bit more clean specially bathroom. Rest all service wise it was good.

worst experience. In my experience this is the first hotel without reception. They wanted me to pay the total amount before entry in to the room. Even its seems suspicious i paid the whole amount. They have n't provided drinking water in the room. In the room there was no telephone to contact the hotel staffs. I have booked the room with complementary breakfast. In that breakfast also they charged for the extra dosa . when asked about that , told there is limit for all like 2 idli, two dosa. one tea like that. The lift was not working. The whole staffs were also behaved in very bad manner.

A very great experience with this hotel . Rooms of this hotel is very clean and the services provided by the hotel is very fast and great . View from the balcony is also very pretty. Situated at a very prominent locality of the city . Cost is also very reasonable.
