Neat and clean rooms. Budget friendly hotel with calm and quiet surroundings. Parking available at the back side of the hotel. No restaurant found in the property. I would like to suggest if they can use motion sensor lights in corridors that will be a great thing for families with kids. Or they should have light proof blinds or curtains. Good for families but during our visit we faced disturbance from our neighbouring guests at night.

I recently stayed at the Trinity Residency Hotel and had a good experience. The room was clean and with decentspace for only two adults or maybe a family and a child as the bed i got was double coat, with all the amenities I needed for a good stay. The bed was ok as expected from any other motels, with soft pillows that made it easy to get a good sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the room is much appreciative. The car parking space is a bit smaller. There is no big cupboard or Almira for storage rather than a mini Almira for keeping your basic essentials. They won't provide shampoos, lotions, body wash or any other. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay and were quick to respond to any requests I had. ☆ No Wifi Overall, I would recommend the stay at the Trinity Residency Hotel to anyone looking for a decent stay at a fair price. They charged me ₹1741 including gst and tax for an A/C Room, when compared to any other air conditioned rooms you get in Kattappana, you would be charged at least 2000 or more. The room was perfect, and the staff were top-notch. VALUE FOR MONEY STAY.

New Property, Clean Rooms & Washroom. Nominal Fee. Rs 1300 for a Room. Car parking available. Good Reception staff.

It was a nice and cozy stay. Add to it the welcoming employees it was truly amazing and worth coming again.
