Super Hotel O Kazhakoottam Near AL SAJ Convention Centre

I recently stayed at this OYO property and had a great experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with fresh sheets and a neat bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay – they were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The customer care was also quick in responding to my queries. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean room with good service and friendly staff.

I am giving 1 star rating because I could not give zero rating. My experience with this hotel has been pathetic and horrible. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. This is a cheap 500 rupee style hotel. The smell in the room was pathetic and i started feeling nauseous within 5 minutes. The AC was faulty too. Outside the property might loom very appealing but inside its a scam all the photos is a scam. Mostly are fake. And seem edited. Never ever stay in this hotel.

Can’t comment on the room as we didn’t end up staying the night…we arrived at around midday, after paying for a taxi all the way out there. They said foreigners can’t stay at this hotel and that the hotel for us is actually 5.4 miles away (Super Hotel O Anayara Near Lulu Mall), back towards the way we had just driven from. Waste of money and time, very disappointing. This could have been avoided with an accurate map address on Booking.com. We would not have booked here if we knew this new hotel is where we would be staying. If you’re the manager reading this, please update the location on Booking.com. If it is just for locals, specify that so there isn’t confusion. We cancelled our booking due to this false information and found a different place to stay. Please be careful when booking here and you’re a tourist.

On August 28, we booked two rooms at the hotel for the following two days. After receiving the booking confirmation, we contacted the hotel to verify the reservation. A male staff member attended the call and informed us that rooms were available that morning as well. We then informed him that we were on our way and would arrive at 12 p.m. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available because the payment had not been processed. During our earlier call, the concerned staff member had assured us that payment could be made upon arrival. Furthermore, the hotel also offered a payment option through OYO, which should have resolved the issue. The behavior and communication of the staff were very poor and entirely unacceptable. We reported the matter to the Alsaj office, where we were told that many complaints had already been received regarding room bookings at this hotel. Unfortunately, they explained that they were unable to intervene, as the property had been leased to a third party. The property is located inside the Alsaj Convention Centre ( Al Saj Tulip ), which raises serious concerns about the credibility and reputation of the Alsaj group. Therefore, prospective guests should exercise caution and reconsider before making a reservation at this hotel.

Rating: 4/5 I recently stayed at Al Saj Tulip and had a comfortable experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant view. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi could be improved.

The room was generally ok in terms of size and basic amenities. However, it definitely needs Better cleaning. The floor had some dust, and the bathroom could have been more hygienic. Bedsheets were not very fresh either. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, it would be a much better to stay.

Fooling you & be careful don't book Any hotel with name Super Hotel O, they got chain of rooms / hotels, the booked room or locality will not be provided, after you reach the property they will say they don't have your reservation & may call customer care. After calling customer care you will get other location & the location will be out of town, bad roads or forest areas

Book at your own risk. We have booked room through Agoda, booking was confirmed, but when we went to the reception for check-in, the receptionist was so arrogant and not given room. He told me to talk to Agoda, they have no tie up with Agoda. They are cheating people. Never ever book room here. I am wondering how they got 4.8 ⭐ rating.
