I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. I had specifically ordered Beef Deep Fry, but instead, I was served a normal beef fry, which was not cooked properly and too much oily. This is not what I had requested, and the quality of the dish was disappointing.This is frist time am encountering this kind of issue here . As a paying regular customer, I expect to receive the food exactly as ordered and properly prepared. I kindly request a proper explanation for this issue, and I urge you to take immediate steps to either replace my order with the correct dish (Beef Deep Fry) I hope you will treat this matter seriously and ensure such issues do not occur in the future. Capital Park Residency has beautiful interiors, neat and clean rooms, and the food is absolutely delicious. We stayed on a Saturday when there was a DJ party upstairs, great if you enjoy the vibe, but something to note if you’re an early sleeper. Overall, the experience was worth the money and we really enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family during our trip to Munnar. The staffs were kind, spacious room, neat and all clean. Food was also good and nothing to complain about. Everything was within walking distance.

Absolutely loved my stay here at this Hotel. Clean & spacious rooms and bathrooms. Located in the main part of Kazhakuttam, it’s easy to explore this place. Ample parking space was also there. Check-in process was a bit slow, other than that it’s all good about them. Better to book online prior visit to avoid any hassle.

DJ setup in 4th floor is very bad, poor customer service. Staff attitude is like they are providing us some favour and very rude. Do not recommended this place if you looking for a pleasant ambience.

Today has arranged for a party in the new fourth floor for friends and went there a bit early to arrange things, here please note I was in slippers.... Now when my friend started to come they were not allowed to enter citing they have put sandals and to my surprise that rule suddenly came up as I and one of my friend was in slippers and they never informed me of any such rule and the staff was so rude... Infact they made us feel very ridiculous... We just cancelled the party and left the hall, for me it was a humiliating experience being the party boy... Would ever dare to go there again...
