Super Hotel O Kazhakoottam Near AL SAJ Convention Centre

The property is listed on Booking.com under a different name, and there is no name board in front of the property. The name listed on Booking.com appears at a different location on maps. All of this made finding the hotel extremely difficult. I ended up walking around for 30 minutes under the hot sun. The operator of this hotel does not take responsibility for the listing on Booking.com. He claimed that he hasn’t listed the property there and blamed some parent company for doing so (a rather lame excuse). The staff seemed completely clueless. The property is located in front of a bypass (not at a junction), so there are no nearby restaurants or facilities. Even online taxi services are reluctant to accept bookings to this location, as heavy traffic is often present in front of the property. Additionally, the property lacks basic facilities, such as drinking water. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided during the stay. Edit: Reply to response from owner - I made the booking from booking.com. I have not received any OYO booking ID. The booking is not reflecting in my OYO account with the same mobile number I provided to you.

The images shown in Google maps and Oyo app are not exactly the same rooms . Recently I stayed here and the room's condition was not good .sometimes A/C won't work they gave another room instead of that . Even that room also really bad in condition. But rather than that everything is perfect The staff is quite decent. If you are getting outside food they won't give any plates to eat . I asked them for a plate to have lunch and they didn't give it . The price that we are paying is not worth it . I felt that was the only problem with here other than that everything is good .

It is a basic room which covers your basic needs. Though close to the main road, the rooms are overlooking nothing but an empty vast parking area, which isn't a great sight esp in the night. Okay for a bachelor who is on a work trip to Tvm.

Disappointed! No hot water, drinking water, towels, soap, kettle with tea bags, drinking glasses, Wi-Fi. Absolutely nothing! For the price we paid these basics should have been part of the deal. But, sadly, despite asking we were told no. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I book this room for my family and the room rent was around 1.3 K and it was a good room with AC, water heater,open car parking etc... The ambience was good and family like this place. You will not get this kind of room in Trivandrum on this cost. Please use OYO app to get offers.

Poor service. When i tried to call them for finding out the exact location nobody answered my call and lost 1 hour and found the way by myself. No staff assisted to show the room also.

Tv was not working. Geyser had proble. Location is good. Room is spacious. Air conditioning is good.
