Hotel O Majestic Stays

Don't get fooled by the photos shown by them which is years old. Worst experience ever...the price shown online is fake demand more money at the time, 1300 for non ac room which is not even clean, small rooms full of dust, stinky bedsheet , torned bathroom accessories, spider web everywhere . Does not provide basic amenities provided at usually at other hotels. No towels,soap or drinking water. Stacks of used alcohol bottles can be seen , keep changing price as they desire saying its season, eventhough the ac and tv are there both doesn't work , no wifi. Theys should learn how to arrange good stay for guest by watching other hotels, or set the rate according to the status.

Scam. Please don't book rooms here. Terrible experience. The owner asked for additional amount when I arrived for check-in. Once I questioned he asked me to speak to oyo customer care as if it's my responsibility to sort out. If they can't accept Oyo booking why is this even called "Oyo home majestic stays" ? The room was very dirty, bedsheets and pillows were heavily stained and awful. No towels or toiletries were provided.

Nothing to explain...in short it was horrible. Nothing good to say about this stay. I did a prepaid for staying here...but once I reached after a long search for this place(as the direction or number was not updated). Once I reached the place, owner asked for more money than paid which was not mentioned in the booking app. The owner was behaving like a local gunda. There was no option for me at that time as I was so late to join my work. So atlast I opted for the stay for 2 days with the amount I paid. Once I came back from office, the room I was checked. Was untidy,no towel,dirty bedsheets and bed over. Smelly pillows. I requested to change the bedcover and sheets,and a towel. They provided another untidy things. Other thing was for showcasing there is a TV, but the guy for on support said there no TV working and not providing for any room.Only there is a support of a guy who doesn't understand our language. No bill was given as well. Later checking it was known that there are other rooms with cheaper rate with better accommodation, so will book some other stays in my next visit to this location. I really request OYO to remove this stay from your account, and to people who prefer this stay -never choose. If you still want this place for stay, then it's your choice.

They are doing a scam. If you book online and when you reach there they'll ask you to pay more. You'll be left with no other option when you reach there with your luggage and after paying taxi charges. The rooms were very dirty too. It's better you don't book any Oyo properties as I found many other properties are also doing the same scam in Trivandrum. And this property owner itself has around 10 properties.

Rooms are available for around 700 on OYO app but if you book through app & go there, they will say that we don’t have non AC rooms & for AC rooms you have to pay 900 so please beware of these scammers.

It was a very bad experience for me. At the time of booking the room through online they will say that you only need to pay 600 rupees.. Then online payment will be done.. But when you go to the hotel they will ask you to pay an extra 700 rupees.. Total 1300 rupees. ... It was a very bad experience.. If we ask for a refund, then they don't even know who we are.. The customer relationship is very bad.

Such a pathetic and arrogant people maintaining the hotel. Never book rooms here. They are listed in Oyo but cannot take any booking coming through it. They just listed because there hotel name is visible in Oyo and people can come directly and book for higher price. I traveled almost 4hrs to this place and they denied my booking through oyo as I booked for cheap rate. They wanted more money to accommodate.. and more over so arrogant towards the people.

Please don't book or got to this hotel,worst bedsheet is stinks no proper toilets,they didn't even giving drinking water, that hotel boy asked me to pay 1120 for one day and said he will give bill on checkout, later he is telling will send in WhatsApp, still i didn't get that when I am asking him in Direct he rudely behaving,worst hotel please don't book from my personal experience, worst behaviour it's a kind request for every One, they are not accepting oyo bookings as we'll
