We organize corporate parties at this hotel. They serve quality food in great taste. Very cooperative and dedicated staff. Ample car and bike parking facility available.

Their food is really bland especially their mixed noodles...the restaurant looks good with great ambiance but the food could be better...the butter chicken was OK...the service was great...the staff was really nice The bar facility is good but the beverages are rated a bit higher compared to other bar

I went to the restaurant called avacado restaurant. The food is amazing and tasty. Kids and adults loved the food. Great service too.

If there arises an opportunity to come for another visit to Kerala, I'll definitely choose Capital Park Residency in Kazhakootam, Trivandrum. The staff at the reception counter - the Manager Manu Kumar is very polite, soft spoken and kind. We feel very humbled by his kind and obliging service. The same goes to Deepika and Praveen. The staff at the restaurant and housekeeping too are very obliging. The food too is delicious, served hot and fresh. It's the first time visit to Kerala for me and my husband and it has turned out to be a very good and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend Capital Park Residency, Kazhakootam to anyone who's going to make a trip to Kerala.

The local bar was very crowded and the food was not that much good . I had order BDF , I received Beef fried masala .

I didn't stayed here. So not sure about the rooms. Food was worst. For a party with my friends visited capital park. We were in the premium launch. Ordered some beer and hot drinks. Poor service. Waited a lot to get the beer. And I waited the beer to get chilled. That is not expected from them. And the worst part is food. Don't try anything from here. Tried chilly chicken and beef. Both were trash. Porota was average. We only ate porota. We around 10 people was there, and the table was C type table, we can't see each other while sitting.

Very bad Customer Service. At restaurant they miss the orders and serve in irregular order and service is very bad.Wont recommend to visit with family/friends.
