I am giving 1 star rating because I could not give zero rating. My experience with this hotel has been pathetic and horrible. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. This is a cheap 500 rupee style hotel. The smell in the room was pathetic and i started feeling nauseous within 5 minutes. The AC was faulty too. Outside the property might loom very appealing but inside its a scam all the photos is a scam. Mostly are fake. And seem edited. Never ever stay in this hotel.

First is the given location is wrong. Correct location is inside Al saj convention center compound. And the name is also wrong, nobody around there know a hotel of this name even the gate keeper didn't know it. The real name is le Cafe. It looks great outside. But inside was terrible. The lift is so small that only two person can fit in. The room is air-conditioned and it works perfectly but the lights doesn't works properly. The television didn't work properly, It shows pictures in black and white. And only works when light were off. When we switched on the lights the TV signal lost. Totally feels like a waste of money, the price is too high for the service given. Didn't recommend for family.

The rooms are new but just average. The biggest issue is the location – it’s very remote, not shown properly on the map, and surrounded by swamp-like areas. This leads to problems with reptiles and stray dogs on the road, making it unsafe. The hotel staff also tries to charge extra for services that aren’t even provided. Definitely not worth the trouble.

The hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty, with visible stains on the bed sheets, which was unacceptable. The place looked nothing like the pictures online. It felt neglected and poorly maintained overall. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid if you care about cleanliness or accuracy in listings.

Dont fall for the reviews. They all are fake. There is no parking provided (carefully read through their amenities provides list). Its not at all a convenient place. The road to this location is very narrow that car won’t be able to go through it. Also they wont call you or assist you with any queries. I booked with INR 1368 for the stay from 13th july to 14th july (1 night) and probably not gonna get a refund. So we booked another stay which had great parking and good customer service. So STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!

Never book a room here. Please go through all the reviews – they were all posted on or after October 2024. The location and phone number provided when booking the room are incorrect. Never book a room through OYO, as they may cancel your confirmed booking just 1-2 hours before your check-in time and give a vague excuse like, "Due to unavoidable circumstances, we need to change your booking to another hotel." This means you have to go through the entire booking process again, and room availability is not guaranteed. Their customer service is terrible. I called them to express my concerns, and they transferred me between various departments, constantly putting me on hold for long periods. I spoke with more than 8 different people to initiate my cancel booking process and explain the issue. They just kept saying, "Your booking is confirmed. Please contact the hotel." When I called the hotel, they told me to contact OYO. After a long conversation, they assured me that the booked amount would be refunded. I was traveling with my wife, two children, my sister, and her child. This whole experience caused us a lot of mental distress and ruined the mood of our trip.
