I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The location was convenient—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it had a great variety and everything was fresh. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We recently booked a room at Hotel Blue Diamond, Market Road, Ernakulam, and it turned out to be a highly disappointing experience. First of all, the hotel was extremely hard to locate as it is tucked away in a busy market area with no clear signage. The pictures shown online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the floor was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches. We saw at least 8 cockroaches crawling around, including one in the attached photo. It was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable to even sit in the room. We immediately reported the issue to the receptionist, but it took them over 30 minutes to send someone to check, and no proper action was taken after that. Additionally, basic amenities like soap and towels were not provided. The window in the room was broken, so we didn't get proper cooling despite having a fan or AC. Even worse, the exhaust hole in the washroom had no glass or covering, meaning people from the opposite building could easily see inside, which made it extremely unsafe and uncomfortable to use the washroom. The entire stay felt more like a cheap lodge than a proper hotel, and it is absolutely not suitable for couples or families. The place lacks safety, hygiene, and professionalism. Definitely not worth the money and I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are great but the Staff at the reception have been worst ever. They are not willing to accommodate any request for a late checkout by an hour. Instead of saying no, they are just speaking nonsense and rubbish. If you encounter at old man at the counter dont engage with him. Its of no use

Very bad experience... can't even find the location, images are shown on this is not real, very poor service,we don't get towel & soap....not worth for money...not a peaceful atmosphere... can't even sleep..congested room and feels like a lodge... don't waste your money for this hostel.!
