Very nice stay with good neatness and comfortable....The hospitality of the staff are very appreciative... I love the complementary breakfast the provide, it was so delicious and fresh. They have a good space for parking also..

Stayed here two months back . Had a business trip stay and they provided a complimentary breakfast which was a good one with limited options. I feel the rooms are quite compact ,but clean and tidy. Needs some improvement. Service is really good and appreciable. Recommended for short stay and solo business trip travellers.

Rooms are ok. Facilities ok. Attitude towards customer is the WORST I have ever seen. Basic rights denied & attitude is as if they are doing us a favour by giving us the room to stay all in the garb of doing business which eventually cost them a loss of 2 rooms in less than 15 mins.

I recently stayed at thayamkery's Royal in and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not cleaned properly and no hot water . The staff was also unhelpful when I asked for assistance . I would recommend that the hotel train its staff on how to handle customer complaints.

Room was very small. Hardly 50sq ft space. They charge for everything, even paper plates. The only positive is the location. Rest everything is pretty bad including pathetic staff behaviour!! Stay away. Thankfully I didnt opt for buffet breakfast. A cat was licking and urinating in the food plates while staff was away. I hope customers dont get ill having such food. Far better options available nearby!!

Overall excellent service and I extend for almost one hour extra stay, but they didn’t charge for it, thank you so much for giving me comfortable stay. Over all I can say excellent rooms and service provided by Royal Inn. Specially receptionist who always smile and receive the customers.

I'm very glad to say about Thayamkery's Royal inn tourist home. I reached there at 2 AM. But their staffs welcome me with pleasure. I just love their cleanliness, arrangement and homely atmosphere. Especially the front desk and room service team... They are at the point, whatever the needs are ... Also I loved the complementary breakfast they provide. It was so delicious and fresh. They have a good space for parking also... It's highly recommended best and safe place in the centre of city for short term stays and all. I just loved the place..❤️✨

I really like the room it was very clean and comfortable and the hospitality of the staffs are appriciatable...Comfortable stay at the royal inn, close by to lulu mall.... A good hotel with nice breakfast service. Their services were customer friendly.
