It may looks better in photos but the service and complimentary breakfast are awful. Actually there is no breakfast at all they served only cold dosas with chutney and tea or coffee. Even if you are looking to just to get rest, you can have this hotel as last option

Hospitality is very nice. Specially LALTU energy is super. He always wishes the guests with good smile. Morning to evening same energy he maintains. He is providing quick assistance to guests.

One main thing to project on the property is Hospitality. The location and the accessibility from Rly Station and Bus stand is Good Can trust and enjoy the days with Grand Seasons

I strictly request not to book this hotel. Room is full of mosquitoes. Old torn bedsheets. For a 12 pm check in even at 3 pm room was not ready. So many staff members in the hotel but a very casual attitude and least bothered about improvising the services. Even intercom not working. You need to call only from mobile. Since it’s a prime location they have no interest in serving customers.And worst is all brand new photos are there on website when we check for booking. Don’t fall for the photos. Opposite to our room a pile of waste and cleaning materials were kept to welcome us every time we open the door. Very pathetic way of treating the guests. My son has developed fever today, Iam hoping it’s not dengue from the mosquitoes in this hotel. Please don’t book this hotel if you are going with kids

Have build a luxurious ambience and the staff with good behavior. The property located at a prime location at kochi. The Grand Season has the advantage of easy accessibility to the nooks and corners of Kochi that rivals none ! I had the pleasure of staying last week,though, I’ve stayed in many other hotels throughout the country ,this is one to look out for! With tasty , Veg and a new preparation or species of Seafood restaurant with Kerala favorite recipes Looking forward to stay again ! Special shout out to the staff !!

Very worst 😞 No hygienic..... Mosquitoes never allow you to sleep,..... Worse wifi connection also inside room mobile signal is very low...... Overall waste of money......

Location: Very close to Ernakulam Junction South. The rooms are quite big, gives typically kerala feel of wooden furniture. Mr. Robin (Owner) of the hotel went out of the way to assist us for a comfortable stay. Even the Front Office Manager was on her toes to solve the issues and queries for a comfortable stay. Staff was good but needs training as they seems to be quite new. It's the general issue as the retention of staff is a big task as they are migrants from other states and if they go on leave they don't tend to return to same place. Overall the stay was really Comfortable. I hope to stay again at Grand Seasons and expect to get the same service.
