JVK Park Hotel

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The atmosphere and ambience were truly inviting, creating a pleasant environment for guests. However, I felt that the front office reception could use some improvement. The staff should be more attentive and approachable; a friendly smile and willingness to help go a long way in making guests feel welcome. On a positive note, the restaurant service was commendable. The staff there were amicable, and the manager was particularly welcoming, making dining a delightful experience. The room decor was beautiful and well done, but I found the bed too small for comfort. Additionally, the air conditioning could be more effective as it felt a bit weak during our stay. In summary, this hotel is excellent and has a lot of potential. With some enhancements in the front desk service and amenities, it could truly shine. I would recommend it to others who are looking for a pleasant getaway!

We had recently booked this hotel as we were on kerala toour, I found that bed is too small in size for two people. Also restourent service was too slow as we ordered just one portion of vegetable and 3 chapatis we have to wait for long. Also we felts that chapatis were stale. Overall experience was nice. good hotel to stay for 1-2 days as it was on main road and easier to access for all points in cochi

It’s over all a good hotel in the prime location With good car parking facility And with a good restaurant with normal rate Room was having poor ventilation it seems to have smell of bathrooms AC remote was not given to me during the check in time I had to call 3 times in the reception for getting it All others where okay 👍

We went to jvk with more expectations.. we booked through Goibibo that not expected as they showed in the website photo's... And the lift is not working properly and the power also shut down all the tym... And the breakfast was not good they have limited menu only ( poori and oothapam ) and want to wait for 15mins to one poori.we paid 6200 for one night it was not worth for money all the furniture was old, and tv was not working, ac has no remote,bed was damaged and very small in size thats not comfortable for two adults.. better you can stay in some lodge.. The only Good thing is swimming pool and their bathroom..room service is also Good..but not worth the money..the balcony was not cleaned while we check in..we booked non smoking room but there is a cigarette piece in the balcony..want to improve on maintenance..and the room was very noise..the door lock sensor was not working.once we camed out then we want to wait for 10 mins to open the door.. overall worst experience we got spoiled our mood to enjoy..

The hotel stay was ok but the restaurant and food they serve is really very much pathetic . We stayed here for 3 days and daily they served same menu and we requested the manager to change the menu in 2nd day or 3rd day bt he has very rude behaviour . He said we cannot give eat this only . The breakfast menu was booked egg, smbar, utpam half make, and chole bathure that too stale and thande. There was no difference in their chole and aloo sabji look at the picture I hv attached . So horrible experience I can't express.more. So if you guys want to book the hotel for stay it's ok bt don't include meal here else ur stay will b pathetic as unforgettable.

Clean and comfortable spacious rooms and toilet,staff very good,but very less in number and need more training.maintenence very poor.lifts very slow and some times stops too.house keeping service water supply and need to look in to maintenance,room service etc.under staffed... especially in peak season.

Suberb one, recommended for fam, couples everyone,U have to order drinks tto your rooms they have underground bar are avilable there also they will had extra charges for room delivery but its good. U will like it

Overall it is budget friendly hotel and staff. Located in highway very easy to access..I am frequently staying here.
