I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Millenium Continental MG Road Kochi the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect under the supervision of their Manager. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The amenities, including restaurant, were top-notch, making my stay both relaxing and indulgent. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Completely Disappointed I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Cochin. The AC wasn't working, and the room felt like a furnace. When I approached the manager, Rejv George, he was arrogant, careless, and downright rude. No help, no apology – just complete ignorance. The property is in poor condition with zero upkeep. Broken fixtures, dirty corners, and a general feeling of neglect everywhere. Absolutely no value for money. My entire trip mood was ruined because of this stay. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Never coming back.

I recently stayed at the Millennium Continental.The lobby is bright and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They are professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is very accessible. A lot shops behind the hotel within walking distance. It's very convenient. Had a good stay here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

FIRST AND FOREMOST WE HAD RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE MANAGER AND SUPPORTING STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND PLEASENT ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THEY PROVIDE MORNING BREAKFAST AND AC FOR 3000 RUPEES NEAREST TO MARINE DRIVE

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! My stay at this hotel in Cochin was a complete disaster. The room had no working AC, and despite repeated complaints, the manager, Rejv George, was completely unresponsive, rude, and arrogant. He showed zero professionalism and clearly doesn't care about guest comfort. The maintenance was awful – everything from the bathroom to the furniture looked neglected. The entire stay spoiled my mood and plans. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs!
