The worst experience! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL USING ANY THIRD PARTY SITE. They will accept your booking, take your money and sell the rooms to someone else. I am not the one to write reviews but this is called for. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous manager (Mohammed Rafi)- When we arrived he says rooms are sold (without any remorse), and that there is only two option either you adjust in one suite room (we booked two standard rooms because my parents are old and we need proper washroom facility for them) or cancel the booking and go somewhere else (mind you this was 8pm at night and I was with my old age parents). He did nothing to compensate us. Infact, when asked for complementary dinner, he said NO. On top of that he called my father at 11pm asking him to pay for the two extra beds they put for us in one suite. This rating and feedback is for the manager and not for the staff (they were helpful and provided good hospitality). I hope he learns his lesson and doesn’t treat another guest like this.

Room was great a comfy stay for 3 people with a sofa bed. People were ready to give service at convenience, and the manager (rhao george) was great too, he stopped us to have breakfast when we were leaving. The breakfast was very yummy!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kochi! From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and the serene charm of Kochi. This hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kochi! The manager is so good and polite.

Decent hotel with great management team and workforce. Although you may feel that room's are small but it's cosy and comfortable, maintained and properly cleaned. Breakfast they serve is good and healthy.

Pathetic experience only reception they have made 3 class full pathetic rooms don't ever go they have full of attitude full loot no neat and clean if u order from Swiggy zomato they denay to serve plates and they don't allow outside foods badest experience my full Money got wasted and they show big big rooms in Google photos in real very small rooms when we visit at 1 floor near lift there was a dustbin full of womit smell they don't even clean we have to request them to make clean and all they only use air freshener they don't clean fulll pathetic no cleanesss staff service is worst don't ever go

Excellent stay and the hotel is well maintained with tech fittings. Even the fans are operated through remote. Good and polite staff. Must visit property. Manager is very friendly and supportive and maintains good gesture with the guest

The service here is good enough. They have maintained hygiene, and rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in. Dinner and breakfast were also served good. I loved the fact that the manager here is way too friendly and comforting. Overall, it’s a good place to stay!
