I'm thoroughly impressed with this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The dining experience, in particular, was exceptional, largely thanks to Mr. Manuraj, the Food & Dining Manager. His personal attention to our table and his dedication to accommodating dietary requests truly set the experience apart. He is a genuine asset to the Ginger Kochi team.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ginger Hotel in Kochi. The room was clean, well-maintained, and up to the standards I’ve come to expect from Ginger Hotels. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Kochi Metro rail, making it very convenient for travelers.|One area for improvement would be the front desk staff. While they are friendly and helpful, it would be great if they received additional training to better accommodate guests from outside Kerala. Sometimes, communication can be a bit challenging for non-local guests.|The food, especially the native and regional cuisine, is delicious and authentic. I would highly recommend the restaurant for anyone wanting to try local flavors. That said, I would love to see more regional dishes included in the breakfast buffet to give guests a broader taste of Kerala’s cuisine.|I did notice that some North Indian dishes like the Paneer Butter Masala and Paneer Chilly were sweeter than usual. The sweetness was quite pronounced, which might not appeal to everyone. Adjusting this would make the dining experience even better.|Overall, Ginger Hotel Kochi is a great place to stay, with a fantastic location and comfortable accommodations. With a few small improvements, it could be perfect!

Everything was fine with the hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected. once we kept our three bags, there was hardly any space left. However, the cleanliness and staff service were good. The only issue we faced was after our 3 day stay. Once we checked out, we had around 3 hours before our train. We requested a room just for 15 minutes so my wife could change before heading to the railway station, but they didn’t allow it. Usually, other hotels are considerate and at least offer a room bathroom for a quick freshen up.

Our organization recently celebrated Onam at Ginger Cochin, and it was a truly delightful experience. The traditional sadhya served was top-notch. We were especially impressed with the warm hospitality and attentive service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to Mr. Manuraj, whose exceptional support made the celebration even more memorable.

Pathetic service. Staff does not know about the food items. No idea at all. Waited for about 1 hour for ordered food. Recived only half the order. Half the order were forgotten by staff. Terrible experience. Recommended to avoid this hotel.

Excellent service and very good staff. Special mentions, Monica, Simran, Harshal, Nitheesh and Ashwin. They were very helpful towards my elderly parents specially my Dad who had mobility needs. The staff captain Ashwanth is very helpful and courteous. Remarkable service from all including reception team, house keeping team and security staff. Good leadership and management.
