Broad Bean Hotel Kochi

Overall Experience: Disappointed. - Room (Category - Deluxe): Absolutely disappointing. Had torn and stained blankets/bedsheets, full of mosquitoes, had lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom (and all these were common for 3 rooms we had booked, posting 2 pics as reference). "4-star" that seems lucrative seemed to be not-so-true for the rooms. From the outside, the place looks nice though. - Service: Not bad, but prone to error. Had requested dinner in room (since it was pretty late and was the last order of the day), and we were served nice food but the order was incorrect (they made a mistake with the quantity). So had to somehow manage between all members. - Location: On side of highway (along a service road basically), easy to reach Lulu Mall and airport (but extra travel if you want to visit city centre/ common Kochi tourist spots). Location-wise good only if early flight or itinerary included visiting Lulu mall, otherwise not that useful.

Front desk staff isn't cooperative. Request for early Checkin was denied even though I have seen 3 rooms getting vacated right in front of me. When asked about it their reply isn't that encouraging. At 9 shifts have changed and new team have quickly resolved this issue. Kudos for that. One person brings down the reputation of the entire hotel. Hotel itself was not 4 star. It had its glory days but not anymore

Broadbean Kochi offers luxury, which is affordable. Excellent choice for corporate outings and parties. The rooftop offers you a magnificent view where you can watch half of Kochi, right from the flames of The Refinery to metro trains doing their zig zag the elevated tracks. The staff is extremely courteous, always looking to make your stay or dining experience the best. Special shoutout to Hareesh, the front office manager who takes excellent care of the rooms and accomodation and Abraham the.F&B manager who ensures every guest at the restaurant is happy and tummyful before they leave. You are greeted only with smiles and the requests are always accomodated.Great Job team Broadbean. Way to Go

Do not be fool by seeing this is 4 star hotel. As per me this is not even 2 star hotel Very bad experience. I dare you if you can seat 10 min in lobby. Mosquito will be happy if you seat there. Very bad staff behaviour but I think that’s not their fault. Management ordered them to not respond to any clients and guests. They treated you like you stay there for free and they managed you. You have to stay there as per they say. I will not recommend anyone to book.

The room wasn’t good. No fan, dirty toilet and towels. Mosquitos were everywhere in the room and kept biting us and we couldn’t sleep. Bed sheets were rough and dulled that we got itchy all night. Toilet wasn’t flushing well.

Our experience at Board Bean hotel was not good. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in the rooms. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. After several requests regarding extra pillow or toilet paper or Wi-Fi, many of them continued to be ignored or the problem not solved. We arrived at 5pm and the room was not ready yet. A lot of dirty dishes scattered around the hallway without being cleared.

We stay here for 1 night. Everything was perfect. They staff from the eadge bar very helpful and good. Room was perfect. I would like to spacial thank to Mr .shyam, Mr. Nivin,Mr. Steerage.we look forward to coming back to here. Food was great we eat North Indian food it’s wow.

Not at all satisfied with the services. Found cockroaches also in the room. Services were also not upto the mark. Ordered food are delivered very late on the table. After guiding many times yet food was extra spicy..
