Visited this hotel in Early 2025. This hotel is badly in need of a good professional team for taking care of the guests. Located on a narrow road, opposite to the beef shop, reception is dark without a light and unprofessional receptionist. Rooms are reasonably acceptable but not up to the Mark. Too much noise outside the room and cleanness is also an issue. Hotel management should take This negative feedback to improve/ correct the hotel lacunae. All the best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel and dining at its restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the use of fresh, local ingredients. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was consistently delicious.

This hotel is located in the bustling town of Thoppumpady. It has limited parking space available at the back. The rooms are good; we stayed in Room 117, which was spacious enough for three people. The hotel also features a bar and restaurant. However, a butcher shop on the side road produces an unpleasant smell in the vicinity. On a positive note, the washroom was clean and well-maintained. While the price feels slightly high, there aren't many better options in this area.

Yesterday i call the hotel & i ask general manager contact no the reception guy gives that bar manager number.. Whats that ?. This is not hotel ethics.. Why give bar manager number.. He shouting with me and argument.. First time i have this experience a bar hotel... I really ashamed with bar property.

I want to give zero star, but there is no option for this. The staff attitude is the worst.The worst hotel of Kochi I suggest everyone not come in this hotel or bar ever. Never come plz.

Don't order their Biriyani. It is a disaster. I ordered it through Swiggi on 3rd Feb 2024. Utter disaster. The cook who made it was so unprofessional. I never had such a poor biriyani. Food from Geo cannot be trusted. Don't go for it.
