Trident Hotel Cochin

This hotel has recently changed owners and when we stayed for one night before travelling to the airport, the bar wasnt even open as they apparently hadn't secured a liquor licence. It's definitely no where near a 5* hotel,more like 3*|Extremely slow checking us in and waited a while for our suitcases to arrive in our room| We phoned the reception for the WiFi code and no one answered the phone!|Food was ok but nowhere near as good as a lot of the other hotels we stayed in, some of which were 3* & 4*.|Maybe look for an alternative hotel in this area.

Senior Guest service associate Mr Vinay Kumar Singh was very courteous. The room were very neat Upholstery was good. Rest room was clean. We stayed Room no 331 from 1 st November to 3rd November. I had my best uninterrupted sleep after a very long time. Thank to the entire team.|.

Loved the property. The environment over there is so peaceful and calming that I won't be able to express in words. The place is full of greenery. You also get pool in the property for relaxation and leisure time. The food is amazing there and the service that you get is too good. Overall loved the whole stay.

Short stay with Family and friends at Trident Cochin was comfortable. Rooms are clean and well maintained with all the required facilities. Breakfast spread is good with many available options. Pool and all facilities are maintained well. Will surely plan to visit again.

Beautiful place.. the people are so polite.. we stayed only for 1 night, hence couldn’t explore the facilities much. But they have maintained it very well. There is a swing in the backyard in a beautiful spot.. really peaceful .. I really loved the staff, very well trained. Overall i would give 4. As the place could do better with renovation..

This is an exceptional hotel, with exceptional staff. Anything we needed was attended to without fuss, or drama - staff are professional and take pride in what they do.|We had decided to go back to Kerala, at some point in the future, and stay at the coast; but having visited this hotel, we've concluded that it would be hard to beat and so will be staying here.

I recently stayed at Trident Cochin on August 2 to celebrate my daughter Ava's 4th birthday with my family and parents. It was an exceptional experience and a truly wonderful stay. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff were outstanding—well-behaved, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. Although it wasn't a formal function, just a simple cake cutting in our room with my parents and no other guests, the staff helped us decorate the room beautifully, adding a special touch to our celebration. Breakfast was delicious, and all the team members on duty that day were incredibly polite and helpful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Trident Cochin. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
