Has no wifi, Kavery restaurant food is not bad. Typical Kerala style, which other states people feel little different.

The worst hotel experience ever. The receptionist and other staff are so irresponsible and arrogant. They behave rudely if you say any complaint. The rooms are not good enough especially the non ac one...they don't give soap or towels or hot water facility. Come with mosquito repellants as the windows doesn't have mosquito nets. The mosquitoes are the worst (though not as bad as the staff) didn't let us get any sleep at night with the windows open. You'll suffocate if windows are shut as there is no other ventillation. Not even the ac room gets blankets, bedsheets and drinking water. The only good thing about the hotel is its city location and adequate parking facility. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The hotel has spacious rooms with all good facilities. Service is average. The place is neat and clean. Although it was for one night, the stay was comfortable.The Hotel has lot of parking space in the front for large number of vehicles. Enjoyed the resteraunt as well. The nearby town is great for shopping. I loved the nearby beauty salon. Everything in the area is very convenient. Theres also a movie theatre nearby. Overall experience was good.👍☺️

Great hotel! I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was. Really good South Indian dishes in the restaurant. Full amenities, friendly staff and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

Ideal for middle class tourists. Rooms are good rates reasonable. Thattekad bird sanctuary is only 10 kms away from here

Rooms are not tidy and most of the times smelly with cigarette smokes. Local people stay and make it dirty and smoke and drink that makes the area not good for upscale customers. Restaurant has food most of the time, but quality is not great. Low cost food and rooms. On a narrow road to reach hotel

A great place to wind-down before proceeding for your climb to Munnar. Its a decent hotel in the area. Away from the bustling town, yet walkable to the all near by amenities. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Got amble car/ bus parking space. If you are up for it can enjoy a good movie at the near by movie theater during your stay.
