Hotel Maria International

We family group of around 30 people visited Maria international restaurant today after baptism of our baby in Kothamangalam church expecting the quality of a 3-star establishment, but the reality fell far short. We prebooked the breakfast around 2 weeks before. The food was simply terrible. Every dish we tried was poorly executed, lacked flavor, and was completely unacceptable.Food served was cold and Air-conditioning was not working properly,they even served the tea in a PAPER CUP in their restaurant.We didn't expect a gourmet experience, but the low quality of the food was shocking and truly ruined our function.Also we really got embarrassed in front of our family and relatives by choosing Hotel Maria international.The rating this place holds is very misleading. Avoid eating here to save your valuable money and a huge disappointment.

Recently we went for a exam it was near to it , in my experience it was such a wonderful place and stay ... The price was around 2k but it was worth it. The staff was very polite and friendly.. The rooms and bathroom were so clean..such a wonderful smell too... The hotel is also providing food but I didn't got the time to explore. I really enjoyed my stay!!! ☺️

I visited for the food. Another hotel in the same city had food that disagreed with me. I've had food from Hotel Maria International on multiple trips to and from Munnar and Kochi without issue. Food maybe 5 stars in quality. Edit: The service is good. The toilets connected to the restaurant are also good.

One of the best hotels in town.. They serve very good quality food... I had coffee and that was one of the best coffee that I ever had... I tried porotta and beef that also was served hot and was tasty... Not a crowded place but place is neat, ambience is nice, and food is quality worth the money... Joseph uncle's collection of monster trucks and train engines are displayed which are worth watching...
