I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cloud 9, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. What truly stood out, however, was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for families, with a comfortable and relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly cooperative and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were genuinely friendly. Overall, Cloud 9 exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a pleasant dining experience. I'll definitely be returning!

Terrible Food, Overpriced & Bad Service – Not Worth It! The food quality was extremely poor and nowhere near worth the price. On top of that, they overcharge for basic items like bottled water, selling a ₹20 bottle for ₹40 plus GST under the excuse of a "service charge." The service was slow and unprofessional, making the overall experience even worse. Definitely not worth visiting!

The Room service was the highlight of my amazing experience. The staff were incredibly quick and friendly. The hotel also has an amazing and affordable restaurant. I especially loved the lunch buffet for 600 rupees, which was a great value for money. Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at Cloud9 Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, it feels more like a 2.5-star experience. The rooms are just okay; however, in my room (108), removing the curtains revealed a messy and dusty area with mud everywhere, which was quite disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on the room conditions. That said, the food at Flamingo restaurant is excellent and worth trying. It’s the highlight of the property and a must-try for anyone visiting. The hotel also offers ample parking space, which is a plus. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, but I do suggest visiting for the food.

Best hotel to stay in Kothamangalam. Also they have a restaurant serving chinese and local delicacies. Cannot fault it.

Very good food and service 👌🏾 Highly recommend the palkappa and fish curry. Prawn roast is also excellent. Service was quick and exceptional. Should also try the Fried ice cream 👌🏾

A few days back I have been to klm for attending an exam and I chose to stay in the hotel cloud 9 . The hotel and staff were beyond my expectations, the room was totally clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and very helpful; especially albin and abhishek did a great job. Next time when I come to klm ,I'll definitely choose this hotel for my stay.
