When you are booking on-line, try to book a good room, or else they will give a room that AC didn't work, bathroom door won't lock properly, fan having sound .... The best thing is it's very close to Kovalam beach

Terrible experience. No lift in a 4-floor building — seriously? The building has four floors but no lift, The room was not clean and poorly maintained. The “standard” room was extremely small and cramped. Staff behavior was unprofessional and not welcoming. Overall, not a pleasant experience — I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool but the pool area was very unkempt and the two beds were so hard you couldn't lie on them. We ended up on the beach.||The hotel did not match up to the photos on various websites. It is tired and has seen better days. The first room we were in had no hot water and you couldn't control the air con. It was on at 21 degrees or off. The second room was the same although the air con was set to 24 degrees.

Thise hotel give bad vibes hotel be like horror building .they don’t any service no one at reception in the evening.they don’t 3 star hotel it’s half star.

Service is zero and behaviour is very rude if you plan your journey then please stay in another hotel. Booking date is 25 to 27 sep and 5 rooms with an extra bed. At that time they refused to give an extra bed even though we already booked. And there are no water bottles or any kind of services provided by hotels. And at the time of check out your boy behaves rudely about the payment is not done by your tours and travels so you are not checked out without payment. And our luggage is not properly handled by the boy and behaves very rudely with our female family members. Please try to simplify your hotels rules and regulations and provide the good experience to customers so they can reference your hotels to other family members for stay and enjoy.

Moonlight Hotel with not much shine |We were excited to upgrade and enjoy a few luxuries such as a bath, a fridge, Tv and balcony. Upon arrival the hotel looked nothing like the pictures displayed on booking.com. The prices were high. The room smelt damp. The roof terrace a hazard. There was no balcony, no bath, no working tv and no double bed. There was no room service and the hotel pool and restaurant were not actually at the property. They were across the road at another location. |Further more when we tried to cancel and get a refund for one night we were refused. |The only highlight of the room was a working AC which was good. The older porter who carries our bags was an absolute gem. Photo included. This man was delightful with a warm disposition and a smile that almost made up for dark shadow hotel.

The hotel is being managed averagely. Rooms were ok, AC was dipping water. The service people were not ready to address any concern. They provided one complementary water bottle for the day and not ready to give more even if we told them would pay extra. It does not have own restaurant, but they provided complementary breakfast at a restaurant exactly opposite to hotel. Location is excellent, walkable from kovalam beach.

This place is a relic of its former self. The restaurant is outsourced and not part of the hotel. To reataurant was not available to help with food for a toddler. At night our kid got strange bites on their face. Lots of mosquitoes flying around inside the hotel. This hotel is not set up in anyway for kids. The pool is available yet not clean. The staff are kind and refunded us for breakfast for not being available. The grounds guy is super kind and helped us with our bags. It may have been great years ago but for now, most certainly avoid this place
