Best Ayurveda Resort in Kerala We stayed at Soma Palmshore for 14 days for Ayurveda treatment, and it was an amazing experience. The resort has highly experienced doctors and therapists, providing top-quality Ayurveda treatments. The property truly feels like a resort, with beautifully designed rooms and cottages offering stunning sea views. The sea-view restaurant is a highlight, serving delicious and high-quality food. Magnificent view super great therapies and excellent doctors very|Clean and staff helpful|Not so great for people with walking issues very very very many stairs. Like a5 storeys building what s.pity|The food is less than excellent. Sometimes is reheated and burned|Very quiet small swimming pool but very nice view. To go to the beach which is near but a thousand steps below and no Bannister

A super clean beach, friendly and experienced staff, excellent Ayurveda massages, and a well-experienced doctor made our stay memorable. We loved our room, which had a beautiful sea view. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay in Kovalam with family and experience Ayurveda and yoga

The location is good and the property has a good potential. However we paid for a cottage but we got something that was not a cottage but a room between other rooms, that should have been mentioned. This is not honest, on booking it is not the correct picture and we should not pay the same price as for a cottage since it is not. The fan was not working and the AC was doing the worst loudest noise possible. For all the rooms that are not on the main building the cleaning crew doesn’t have the keys, therefore if you are not in your room during the day (which is normal) your room will not be cleaned. The employee are really nice are friendly except for the manager that wouldn’t do any discount for the cottage issue and the fan and AC problem. And in addition the guy even stole our volleyball for no apparent reason. The pictures from the breakfast on booking are fake. Moreover they should mentioned that the private beach that they own is closed most of the time during monsoon. I am sorry for the review but honestly I rarely been that disappointed, if the manager would have offered a drink (or didn’t still my volleyball) it would have already been a way better experience.

I recently stayed at Soma palmshore and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The two male receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional, which set a negative tone for my entire stay. To make matters worse, there was a power cut that seemed to be done purposefully, adding to the discomfort. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their service quality...

Very very bad behavior from Manager. They were not ready to give my booked room and they gave us a room with cockroaches. I think the jail room is far better than the resort room that they were provided. We refused to stay that dirty room and we find out a very neat, comfortable and cheap resort just near to this worst resort.

The Resort is located at a very perfect place with greenery surroundings, pool, private beach & most importantly, I found the entire staff of the Resort very much hospitable, generous & well educated. We spent 2 nights at the cottage which is sea facing; the view is un explainable.

We recently stayed at Soma Palmshore for a day. Although the property and ambiance were impressive, our experience was marred by the staff's behavior. We checked in late at night (post 12 AM) and were startled when the receptionist called at 11:45 AM the next day to inquire about our checkout time. Despite knowing the checkout policy, we requested a 1-hour extension to pack our belongings, but the staff's tone was unacceptably rude. To make matters worse, the power went out immediately after our conversation. Upon checking out at 12:30 PM, we were informed that there was ongoing maintenance work, but no alternative arrangements were offered, nor were we notified in advance. Interestingly, the power resumed as soon as we stepped out of the resort. This experience left us feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. We hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues and ensure a better guest experience. Thank you
