Karma Beach Resort

We had a wonderful experience staying at Karma beach resort. The property is located close to the beach , so it's a great view from balcony. The owner Sam is super helpful. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay with decent facilities..this resort could be a great choice✌️

What more could you wish for...this was a complete surprise....was very doubtful even when I booked about the quality of the hotel or room. But took a risk and it was worth every penny. Beautiful view of the lighthouse, Clean and decent rooms.Only if they could add Sugar and Coffee sachets next to the kettle, it would have been just perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karma Beach Resort in Kovalam, Kerala, and it was truly a memorable experience. The highlight of our entire Kerala trip was undoubtedly the breathtaking view that this resort offered. Sam, our gracious host, was always just a call or message away, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room, with its attached balcony, provided us with a mind-blowing view of the surroundings. It was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. The presence of amenities such as shampoo, soap, and towels was a thoughtful touch. One of the best aspects of this resort is its proximity to the beach and the lighthouse. We could easily walk to all the nearby eateries, making it convenient to explore the area. However, there were a couple of minor areas for improvement. It would be great if the resort could provide a better blanket or quilt option, as the temperature dropped quite a bit during our stay, and we felt a bit chilly. Additionally, the spring mattress was less comfortable compared to a firmer one, which affected our sleep quality. While the linens were clean, we noticed some old stains. Sam was a fantastic help when it came to renting a scooty, which added to the overall convenience of our trip. In summary, Karma Beach Resort in Kovalam offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. Despite some minor room comfort issues, the breathtaking view and Sam's assistance made our stay truly enjoyable.

Had a 3 nights stay at karma beach resort. Very good rooms with direct sea views, big balconies, attached washroom and hot water. Samu is a very welcoming and helping guy. Much recommended.

I stayed two nights in December (29 to 31), in the Karma Beach Resort. This is a small building that directly faces the sea, with spacious rooms , some of which (like mine) having full sea view. Decoration is fine, the place very comfortable (with hot water showers, recent AC machines, nice big bed and fridge). The rooms have external terraces to enjoy the romantic sea view. The team (staff and manager alike) is communicating and smiling , and was very helpful when help was needed (eg they went out if their ways to help me get back an object I had forgotten in another hotel the day before).

No car parking, not a resort but a lodge. See facing view was ok, and you can enjoy the shacks and nearby restaurants. If you have a lot of luggage coming to this place is like walking 10 mins with your luggage and no lift if you got ur room in second floor. Karma is a good name for resorts, but this is not belongs to them.

I stayed at this absolute amazing place for two month and cannot complain about anything! The staff is super friendly- every single day! The rooms are spacious, very clean and had everything I need to enjoy my stay there. The beds are super comfortable - and you can sleep with hearing the sound of the Ocean :)||I can highly recommend this place. ||I am already looking forward to come back next season and wish the Hotel staff all the best from my heart. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Small hotel with spacious rooms on the beach line facing partially ocean and partially narrow street where you can always have shade and feel the fresh ocean breeze when sitting on the balcony. ||||Very helpful staff for anything you may need. ||||Also relatively new and very clean in comparison with most of other hotels available by the beach in Kovalam.||They clean the room and change towels every day as well as change the bedding in about of every 3 days.||||Internet was also good. ||||The balcony was opposite to the entrance door in the room so if both left open than you can feel quite cool and nice at night without using air condition or fan which may create noise, instead you can listen to the waves of the ocean. Despite the fact it is on the beach line its not to noisy outside in the late evening usually (even if you keep the balcony open).
