The rooms are good. The location is also ideal. The check-experience is erratic. We faced an issue despite making the booking online. We were told that the rooms were full and they had arranged another room at a different property belonging to them and the other property did not have a room as well. After multiple calls they gave us a room in the same property after waiting for more than half an hour.
